Walked in and was greeted by staff members who were friendly and engaging with us. Paperwork was completed before we even arrived so we were able to go right in the back and start our treatment. There were 5 of us getting a treatment and they had the room prepped for our experience. Everything was sanitized, they had refreshments and donuts from a Reading Terminal spot, which were amazing . Raj was the one giving us the treatment and she was amazing. She helped ease peoples fears about getting the IV, she talked us through everything (which vitamins we were getting, the benefits of them, how often we should get a treatment, how we will feel afterwards etc. She was great, funny, energetic, just overall a energy. She went down the line giving us all an IV and connecting us the vitamins, she stayed engaged with us a bit and then left us to have convo amongst ourselves. Everyone finished at different times but it took about 45mins to an hour for everyone to get done. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and had a bit of a pep to my ste. I also noticed that for a few days I didn't experience any cramping in my legs which is something that happens consistently with me.
