I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

==NOTE: I am in Florida where they have license to write insurance with an Orlando office. ==…read more It has taken me longer to write this review than it took me to get my Citizen dropped policy after two years for "depopulation" that was almost doubling from $3,200 in 2024 to now $5,500 with my being dumped and forced to Patriot Insurance wherein my loser agency (Paul Jorgenson Agency) paid for higher premiums obviously never returned my calls or concerns and would not even requote me until 45 days before I was being dropped.... their best in March of 2026 was $5,442 with a company called Security First Insurance. I had gotten 3 mailers from TGS notifying me they knew I was due for renewal on my purchase month of my home.... Their mailer implied $3,556 for my home sized and guess on the mailer........WELL they were wrong!!! They beat their mailer and I got insured with Orion180 for under $3,000 (this included the 1 time TGS 'fee' of $197) on a $600k plus home value and all the requirements and 2% hurricane deductible .. VERY competitive and the company is well rated and financially sound! A $2,800 per year savings per year!!!! I muttered too bad you don't do auto? (no mention on the RE flyers?) to which in under 5 minutes I was cancelling my current insurance at $1,005 per 6 months for a 2019 Honda Passport and a 2021 Mazda Cx5 (and neither us have ticket or accident in 1/2 century of driving) and TGS had me paying with discount $520 for both cars for 6 months! HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A $970 savings per year! In under 60 minutes including the paperwork, emails, credit cards and payments - (AND I might have done a LOT of talking sort of like this long review??) We are saving $3,770 per year because of TGS. I don't want to post her name but my rep (S. B. ) was friggin AWESOME!

He became completely useless and disappeared. Took weeks and constant contact from me to correct a billing address issue. I ended up having to contact the insurance carrier myself to correct the error HE made. The paperwork to complete the sign-up? Never completed. I signed my portion of the docu-sign, he never completed the agent portion so I never got a completely executed document. I have LITERALLY never spoken to this man beyond the time I paid. Once payment went through he became inaccessible. Always claiming to call you back through his proxies, "Frank will call you back" here we are 3 months in, no call back EVER. He put the wrong descriptions of my property in the initial quote to get a cheaper quote but once it was sent to underwriting, after I paid my first installment, my rate jumped. I was told by the carrier's agent that it's possible Frank Stone entered wrong information with the hopes that the underwriters wouldn't notice because the descriptions he entered made no sense, my rate was guaranteed to go up once it reached underwriting. So he will fudge details to make a sale. Now we're trying to correct the BS he did. I spoke with other agents and they're like, "your agent should be helping you with that." Well, he dropped off the face of the earth once he got paid his agent fee. This guy is a fraud and everything wrong with the insurance world. A classic con artist, takes your money and disappears. Work with him at your own risk. I have reached out to other agencies and will be canceling my policy.

So I took the car in for repairs paid the $140 and submitted receipt Then they send an email to my junk mail on Saturday which I didn't see until after repairs done (they usually call me after 30 plus years longer than some people been married and on this earth). They are refusing to reimburse me stating I didn't have towing coverage because I had more than 6 tons in two years was excessive. I am a single elderly woman I need towing on my policy. That means I was unknowingly driving without coverage the whole time due to their negligence. But the worst part wasn't the mistake -- it was how they handled it when I called to get help. I spoke with Gary, and I've never experienced such disrespect and hostility from a so-called professional. He didn't apologize. He didn't try to help. Instead, he yelled at me, told me I was being "crazy and delusional," and then hung up on me after saying he didn't want me as a client anymore. Imagine that -- your agent screws up your policy, then gaslights you for questioning it. This office is completely unaccountable, dismissive, and reckless with your coverage -- and if you question them, they'll treat you like you're the problem. If I hadn't caught this mistake myself, I could've been in a serious accident with zero coverage -- all because they couldn't do a basic policy transfer correctly.
