My insurance company would have helped pay had they contacted them but they just sent a bill which will not be paid by my insurance company because they didn't even do a teeth cleaning as part of the service which I have never heard of and neither had my insurance company. I would not recommend Pearl Dentistry to anyone. They just want money and they don't care about their patients.

My sons' (18 mos) pediatrician recommended a dentist visit because he has most of his teeth. I was a little hesitant because of his attention span. My husband spoke to the Dr. Hanna's receptionist and she told us they usually don't do exams until they are at least 2 1/2 but to bring him in anyway. The assistants and Dr. Hanna were extremely friendly to us and they basically put him in the chair to make him feel comfortable and tried to peak around. (No charge) As far as my experience, the assistant I had was amazing and so knowledgable, friendly and helpful! She took her time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions. I dread going to the dentist, so going now makes it a whole lot easier!
