I had a serious problem, facing serious 2nd offense charges ... and Attorney Ricciuti somehow managed to get them completely Withdrawn, that will be expunged in relatively little time, and leaving only a lesser summary charge, which can be expunged at a later point. It was a frightening and nerve-wracking dilemma for me and my family and friends, and made all the worse being from out-of-state. I got into serious trouble and was arrested by a brand new, 24-year-old police woman whom I had obviously rubbed the wrong way, and appeared determined to ruin my life. Having studied at a prestigious performing arts school, and worked with gifted children and their well-to-do families, I had things to lose. The future was bright and clear. Then this happened, and my whole world turned upside-down. The fact my problem was a 2nd time scenario, along with the nature of the crimes, was distressing. And, the night I was arrested, another police officer that was present (out of six) informed me that one of my charges was a felony. The prosecution had solid evidence against me and the brand new lead cop wouldn't budge. I refused to plead guilty to the crimes. Again, being from out-of-state, I felt lost, until I found DRK Law Firm. Three other well-qualified firms interviewed could not help me without going to trial. But DRK Law Firm could help me ... and did help me. Sometimes the best choices are made last. They answered my inquiry in less than an hour. Attorney Ricciuti called and put me at ease right away. He was clearly familiar with the scenario I encountered. I felt comfortable conversing with him right away and less worried, unlike other attorneys with whom I had consulted. With a unique combination of tenacity and finesse, my Lawyer accomplished his mission straight away, avoiding the dreaded hearing altogether. I was so impressed! He went beyond what was expected, even working out a great deal on the fine, getting it down to a very nominal amount. Also, he had the personality and people skills to handle the combating rookie police woman. In the end: Excellent Results! Charges withdrawn and reduced to a Summary, what a relief! He definitely saved me from a horrible conviction. I'm very fortunate I found his law firm. And, after Randy spoke with the arresting officer, I approached and apologized to her for my part. She returned with a wave, smile and a pleasant "good day." Unbelievable. The world was made right again. This was going on over the holidays - my family said what a great Christmas gift I received!
