They were horrible with responding to emails snd acting in a timely manner. My mothers estate was very simple. No property or vehicle. Will was complete with no issues. I would never use them again. My final bill was continuously sent to the wrong address even after 3 emails to advise the correct address. Really poor business practice and charging ridiculously high rates. BEWARE!!
