I had the pleasure of working with Melissa T. last year. It had been over 12 years since I last looked for a job. While my technical skills and education were on the mark, my job hunting skills were no where near modern. She "held my hand" and guided me through the process. My experience with Robert Half was profound! I had the pleasure of working with Cami Bell and she did an excellent job. The experience was better than I expected. As soon as I informed her that I was ready to get on the market, the search took off quickly! I had an interview lined up within a week or two. I honestly believe if I would've tried on my own, I would still be in the process of trying to get someone to schedule an interview with me. It never happens this fast when I do it by myself lol. At Robert Half I received superb treatment and help landing a job that turned into full time employment. Randy Valdez (my recruiter) and Wes Salzar (Division Director) were instrumental in landing this opportunity and an absolute joy to work with. They followed up with me personally and were attentive to positions passing through their desk for openings in which they could place me. After the initial interview and subsequent skills testing at Robert Half, there was a position which looked promising. That one didn't work out (the hiring company retracted their position). A month or so later, Randy and I spoke about a second opening as we tried to find a placement, but that one didn't match my skillset.
