All the staff were excellent from the first phone call to placement. I was looking for a permanent position that utilized my unique work experience in property management and completed coursework at UTPB in Accounting while on the path to graduating. I dealt with the temp department at first, and all of the staff were available during office hours. If they were in a meeting, my phone calls were returned immediately. They answered all of my questions, and got me over to the permanent department upon realizing what I was looking for. I was in direct contact with Lesley Donnell, VP after that. She was approachable, friendly, understanding, listened to everything I told her, but also used her expertise and connections to established companies to find me a career. I think she understood what I was looking for even more than I did! Lesley replied to e-mails quickly. I would get out of one interview, and she would have a few more already lined up. I had my dream career within a couple of weeks, solely due to her ability to match my character, personality, schooling and experience with a position & company culture it would fit best in.
