I am extremely disappointed in Office Team. At first, it seemed as if things were going great. I applied, got an interview quickly, and completed all the necessary steps. I went into my interview with Lisa M, and was excited! She was very nice, and told me that I was definitely qualified and that in fact, she had a position she was going to submit me for right away! I asked what my next step was and she said that she thought i was qualified for this particular job, but if I didn't hear from her by Friday to shoot her an email. (Interview was Tuesday). I left feeling good. But by Friday, still no email or call. It happens - people are busy, other people are qualified for the job but I didn't think much. I shot her an email Monday morning checking in, and here I am 3 weeks later, no call, no email, nothing. In the meantime, I signed up with Boly:Welch and they have been fantastic, and I am already on my second job with them. I get maybe not being able to place me right away, but no call, email, nothing?? Especially after telling me I was super qualified? In my opinion, that is SO unprofessional, and disrespectful, as if my time isn't worth anything. read more

I am very disappointed in the staff at Office Team. I met with David Camacho who had called me regarding a position other than the one I had applied for. He said I was a good fit and he asked me to speak with Luke. I talked with Luke and he went over my resume and said he was meeting with the client this afternoon and to keep my phone on. I never heard from anyone that day so I called David Camacho the next day and left a message as he in an interview. He never returned my call that day. I called the next day and spoke to David and he adv that the client was pulling the position so I asked him what about the job I originally applied for. HE LIED!! He said something about a job in an area that I would not have applied for and he blew me off. He never even offered to check on the job for me. I wasn't certain what was going on so I checked for jobs on the web later that day and found the job in Wilsonville that I believe was the first job (IT WAS STILL POSTED) they talked to me about and I had worked for them before and they fired me after 3 weeks for what they said was to slow. It was the most hostile work environment I had ever been in, the ladies all hated each other and bad mouthed the company. The boss picked on me from day one with my pants being to faded to expecting 6 hrs work be done in 4 hrs because that was what they had in the budget. If everything didn't get done the lady training me would make me feel bad the next morning that she had to stay and finish the work herself and she didn't get enough pay. I told her it was not fair to pick on the new girl but she expected my sympathy. Also the girl training me had never done the job herself so really wasn't qualified to train me. I have never been fired from a job in my life and I am not slow but you can't do 6 hrs work in 4 hrs even if that is what the budget allows!!!! I would have expected that David would have checked all my other RECENT EXCELLENT references and to have asked me about the situation. I have not heard from anyone at Office Team since and I am very very disappointed at their lack of professionalism and communication. I will definately tell anyone I know to not seek help from them!!!!!!! Since then I have accepted an excellent position and am doing fabulous and guess what I'm fast it turns out and get everything done and ask for more work !! What a wonder!! read more

Office Team helped me find a wonderful job! I dealt mostly with Hannah and Sharae. To say that these ladies (Especially Hannah) were both very helpful, extremely professional, always upbeat and positive and completely aware of what type of job I was looking for is an understatement. I moved across the country and had no idea on how to go about job hunting. Once I contacted Office Team and the ball finally got rolling, I was placed in a Temp position and was just hired fulltime on March 1st. I would still be looking for steady employment had the ladies at Office Team not shown so much passion and spent so much time working at finding me the optimal job for my skill set. I responded to an ad for an internal position within the agency, and was contacted for an interview with David Camacho. I met with him, and we discussed my qualifications. I didn't hear anything for three months, and then he called me with a fantastic temp to hire opportunity. I got that job and was eventually converted to a full time permanent employee. Throughout the process, David was friendly, reliable, helpful and encouraging. He stayed in touch with both me and my employer to make sure we were both happy with the fit.
