Kyle Hindin represented me in mediation/binding arbitration to divide a personal injury settlement amongst multiple plaintiffs. This Law Firm and attorney's are crooked and do not have your best intention at heart. He pays for reviews. And even bragged about them to me and his marketing strategy when I was his client. I specifically dealt with Kyle Hindin who did not know how to file in federal court, nor did any of the paperwork, Which is odd, considering he went to paralegal school because he couldn't get into law school, and then finally got into law school, but not a good one. He is a big talker and loves to hear his own voice, and knows one or two statues that he'll continue to bring up to pretend that he is well knowledged in the area of law. He obviously did not know what was going on with the case other than saying it's a slam dunk and done. That's because there was a video of a woman violently throwing me into a iron pole. If an attorney cannot win a case with a video how bad of an attorney can you be? Be forewarned these insurance companies have a database of every Law Firm and every attorney and they know that they will settle for how little of an amount and don't go to court or if they do go to court they lose. This guy graduated from law school in 2016 that's ranked 120th in California. He does not win case, But lies and says that his clients are very happy. It's all showmanship don't believe a word of it. It's his father's firm, so he pretends to be the boss, but always has to call Daddy for advice or another senior attorney. Literally, he has to get off the phone ask his dad and then get back to you because he doesn't know the law well enough. There are no bad injury clients, but there are ton of bad attorneys. And this is one of them. Kyle Hindin is very unknowledgeable, lazy, and unhelpful. For example , during my IME he had to call his daddy to ask him what he should do. It was pretty embarrassing to have an attorney that didn't know how to handle himself during an IME.... or always has to ask another senior attorney for advice. If you're shopping for Attorney's shop for a more experienced one. I know of four people that have been severely affected by his lack of proper Representation You'll be grateful that you did Stay away from Kyle Hindin and his rhetoric which is pretty much all he does is speak. And when you're with him or on the phone with him, make sure you have a witness because he will lie his way through everything. His firm is also poor and will never take your case to trial, He has a senior attorney, writing his briefs, and can only go to trial, if someone's holding his hand, because he can't do a case by himself. They lose so that's why they won't pay will not pay for the experts, or for the attorney fees or cost. Although The family has a very nice office to give the façade of being successful, but they are not. Especially Kyle Hindin. They have no money and allegedly no credit to pay for a trial. They will not take your case for to Trial, nor well they pay for experts because they don't have the money and they will try to pretend that you're being difficult and lie about you to cover his own butt or the firms. He literally could care less if you die and that's not the type of attorney that you want. Oh yeah, he did have a client that died.
