Despite listing worker's comp as one of their areas of practice on Yelp and their website, when I called to see if they could help with my claim, they said that they don't cover worker's comp. The person that I spoke to then gave me a number for a different attorney that they said could help, but that number was out of service. I used Madison Law Group after my car accident. I learned from Madison that my insurance had med-pay but that had not been mentioned by my claims adjuster. After having my car totaled and needing a regime of chiropractic services I decided to sign them up. They handed processing all my paperwork, chasing down reports from CHP to bills from the ambulance, to contacting multiple insurance companies. I was initially skeptical that this firm had so many positive reviews that many of them must have been written by employees of the firm. Boy was I wrong. I've never met an attorney who truly cared as much as Kyle when I walked into their office with post concussion syndrome after being hit by a car that ran a stop sign while I was riding my scooter. I was confused, disoriented and untrusting. Kyle, Jasmin handled everything for me and followed up continually to see how I was recovering. They put me in touch with all the right people to help with my case. Roughly a year and a half after the incident after I had somewhat forgotten about it, they contacted me out of the blue that the insurance adjuster agreed to a $210K or so settlement of which I received $140K or so of.
