Renata knew I'd had trouble reaching the office but never acknowledged it. She sounded irritated from the start. When I raised my concern, she said, "I already apologized. I'm not going to apologize ten times." When I first met Renata, she was with Karol & Sosnik. She led me to believe that firm no longer existed--but it does. I've already contacted them, and they were warm, welcoming, and professional. I've referred clients to her in the past, but I regret that. I'll be referring to Karol & Sosnik going forward and filing a complaint with the NY Bar.
