This particular establishment priorities THEIR time over their patients' time and does not communicate well with patients when complications arise. Again I've been coming to aesthetic for DECADES, so even when I moved 40 minutes away I still was going to them. For my cleaning appointment, I drove the 40 minutes in a thunderstorm only to get there to see the office completely closed with a HANDWRITTEN SIGN: "we're closed for weather, will call to reschedule!" Never mind the fact that if YOU as the PATIENT have to reschedule, aesthetic dentistry in the ivory tower require 48 hours notice MINIMUM otherwise you get penalized a $75 fee... but for aesthetic dentistry, if THEY need to reschedule, zero prior notification is necessary and a handwritten sign is sufficient. What that tells me as a patient is that my time is worthless and that I am not important. I know for a fact it is possible to give patients prior notice of closure of office due to inclement weather/power loss because that same day I also had an eye appointment and that office also lost power. One of their staff members from that office did call me on their personal cell phone to notify me that they were closed for the weather. You're telling me that there's not a single employee at aesthetic dentistry that owns a cell phone that could've called me ahead of time? Will not be coming back as I do not like to be made feel inferior or that my time is not worth anything
