The dental assistant Karen was lovely, but as soon as Dr. Klein came to double check to make sure what she had was right, he started making unprofessional comments like "Are you serious right now, aren't you a little old for something like this?" referring to a CAVITY, as if they are only common in 8 year olds. He was rough when looking in my mouth and it was overall a terrible visit. I have switched to another dental office and am much more pleased. Don't waist your time with Dr. Klein and his team. This was my first visit. My daughter recommended me. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful in getting initial visit paperwork done. The next step was the Dental Hygienist. She was very customer focused and pleasant. She made sure the x-rays were done correctly and did retakes where necessary. The cleaning was a joy, there was no pain or slips of the instrument. I had the same exact experience as Dan. Save yourself from wasting your time, money and having an upsetting dental experience. Went into the dental boutique for a cleaning, was told I needed 6 fillings. Walked out truly upset, but decided to get a second opinion and another dentist told me I had 1 cavity but could wait for my next yearly appointment. Plus I had him review my x-rays from the dental boutique and was told again that I had nothing wrong, other than 1 cavity in my lower enamel. I was truly astonished and questioned the new dentist and was blown away to have him confirm that there was nothing needed to be done at this time. This is a disappointment, just be careful. I would not recommend Dr. Klein from the Dental Boutique. My personal experience was that he recommends unnecessary procedures including root canals and tooth extractions. Dealing with Dr. Klein, you should seek a second opinion. When you question his "errors in judgement" (this is my current Dentist's opinion), he will become arrogant. read more

The staff is so friendly & the office seems to work right on schedule! We go as a family and have for years, my 3 kids trust Dr. Klein. My oldest used to need gas at the dentist for any work that needed to be done beyond a cleaning, and once we switched to Dr Klein the trust was built and that was no longer necessary! I stopped going here because several procedures were recommended that were not needed. For example, I was told I needed a filling. I visited another dentist and he said NO WAY. He looked at Dr Klein's X-rays....and even took his own....and said that there was nothing to do. Wow I just had a great dental visit with Dr Klein. I've not been to his office before this. I had a chipped front tooth and needed immediate help. His office staff was very accommodating, they got me in right away and they were very friendly. The office is very clean and well appointed, I was greeted right away and by the time I filled out the paperwork I was taken to the exam chair. Dr Klein came in promptly, I can't say enough good things about him. He was kind, explained everything before he proceeded . He talked to me throughout the procedure (he could probably tell I was nervous) He repaired my chipped tooth in no time and before I left I made an appointment for a cleaning. I've been to this dentist office twice and in my opinion it's one of the best. Dr. Klein is gentle and walks you thru the procedure before he begins. His staff is very helpful and welcoming. Also, I appreciate the laughing gas to calm my nerves. It's truly relaxing. I give them 4 stars.... Only because it's kind of hard to find the office ( could be my navigations' fault ) and also, The Dental Boutique can get pretty expensive, but I will say... I have been to 3 to 4 different dentist offices and they all have different prices. It seems like they all make up their own numbers. I understand that different areas charge more, but I would like something to base these amounts off of. For example: Your manicure at one salon is $20.00 but your same manicure at another salon is $30.00. Anything more than that it's like OMG!!!! NO way. I believe we should see a price point. Overall I would recommend Dr. Klein because I believe you get what you pay for. I started my root canal yesterday and today I had very little discomfort. I go back next week for my crown and I'm done. My total cost for this root canal and crown is $2,800.00, a little more to be exact but I will upload a photo of the total amount. It included my x-rays, doctor visit, root canal for the molar, laughing gas and crown. Don't forget Taxation ... Yes!!!! Pricey... But that's my fault. From the super sweet smiles you are greeted with from the very helpful Deb and Doreen in the office, to the great hygenists who are so gentle and very knowledgeable. The hygenists are especially great with my kids. Getting them to go to the dentist was always a fight in the past, because of really bad experiences with other dentists. YES. i am one of those people who only call the dentist when something hurts or breaks...Dr. Klein always gets me in ASAP. He explains the treatment plan and always makes sure you understand. I have TMJ and can't open very wide and need to take frequent breaks during treatment. I recently finished a lengthy treatment plan of dental work (regular and cosmetic) at Dental Boutique. I have to say that this is the best dentists office I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and dental assistants. Dr. Klein is really wonderful at what he does. He will do a check up on your teeth and then explain step by step what needs to be done. You'll then create a treatment plan with the staff. When it comes time for actual work to be done Dr. Klein and his dental assistants will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, they even play music for you or you can bring in your headphones. This is the first dentist where I can actually say that I felt almost no pain at all, I almost fell asleep multiple times during different procedures including the root canal I had to have. I also had my front teeth done and they look fabulous. Overall, Dr Klein and his staff are professional, informative and caring in what they do.
