Leaving Jess and her team behind was one of the hardest parts of my move, and it immediately showed me just how exceptional that experience truly was. Jess and her team completely changed my mind set about going to the gym and working out. I was in my early 40s when I first started working out at Whole Fitness and, until I found Jess, I had never been able to stick to any kind of fitness routine. I was at my heaviest, totally overwhelmed, and honestly at my wits' end. From day one, Jess put me at ease and made me feel at home. Whole Fitness isn't a typical gym and that's what makes it so special. It's a boutique, private environment where you never feel self-conscious, intimidated, or uncomfortable. I always felt safe, cared for, and supported. The trainers and the other clients became an extension of my family, and leaving that behind was much harder than I expected. After moving, I tried to recreate that experience and quickly realized just how rare Jess and her team are. I won't turn this into a complaint about other trainers, but it became clear that what Whole Fitness offers isn't easy to find. I eventually stopped trying to replace it and started doing virtual training with Jess instead because I'm simply not willing to settle for less than the best. If you're looking for a place that truly supports you, meets you where you are, and helps you build something sustainable, this is it. Jess and her team are exceptional and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Today I participated in my wife's training session with Jess and she really made me feel the burn. She showed my how to isolate particular muscle groups that's I never have before. I always thought I was doing shoulder workouts like side raises and shoulder press correctly, but she gave me tips that really helped me activate the muscle groups with less weight than I usually use. She also made the workout fun and threw in some movements that I definitely haven't done and really challenged me. Since my wife started with Jess I've definitely seen the change in her and would recommend her to anybody looking for a trainer that really knows what they're doing.

The presentation was good and Dr. John St. John was very knowledgable. Initial Consultation -- I visited in October 2019. I have some back pain so I decided to make an appointment. They provided a discount for my co-workers and I to come to a initial consultation ($47). The price is normally over $150. So with such a good discount, I made an appointment. We were told that the initial consultation would be 2 different appointments but when I went to my actual appointment, I was never told to come back for a 2nd appointment because my health issue was "minor" Appointment -- Almost an hour of my appointment was spent completing new patient forms. After completing the forms, I was taken into a room to do some test where my heart rate (?) was checked. Finally, I saw the choiropractorci doctor (Dr. John St. John) who only spent about 12 mins with me. I was hoping to have at least 20-30 mins with the doctor especially for my initial consultation but I literally got less than 15 minutes. No X-Ray was performed. The doctor just physically scanned through my back. I was told that I would be given written, detailed feedback after my appointment about solutions to my problem but I didn't get any. I had to email them to get feedback and the feedback was basic. Granted, I understand that you can't provide super detailed feedback for someone who has only had 1 appointment so I'll give them that. They also don't accept health insurance so if I were to go back to get choiropractic adjustments, that would cost $80/hr which is too high. Overall, this clinic does seem to care about your well being but I was disappointed in my initial consultation. It felt as if they only cares about getting a new patient and money. I'll be seeking chiropractic care elsewhere at a place that does accept health insurance and a place that actually wants to help me fix my issue. **** - 147 total reviews in 2019 - 356 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 3 December 2019

I started coming due to posture issues and back pain. My initial exam we discovered a lot of small things that need to be adjusted to become better. I started coming every week for my adjustments after that and I saw a difference almost instantly. My overall wellness and energy just felt better. I didn't have the back pain that I experienced everyday. They completely changed my life! After my first six months and first year I got another exam and the pictures (showed below) of the difference was crazy! My posture was improved and the range of motion improved in my neck! I go every two weeks now to keep up with the progress we have made and it just keeps getting better! They give you tips and tricks that will help you in between appointments. This…read moredoctor furthermore was condescending toward me as the patient and focused her attention upon my support system. I was additionally led to believe that the practice focuses on the nervous system as Chiropractors. My diagnosis from Dr. Blackwell of Cleveland Clinic provided a diagnoses of Piriformis Syndrome (rightG57.01) - Acute Right side. Prior to the second visit I was led to believe there would be an adjustment within this office, that did not occur as I was referred to another Chiropractor that "she does a lot of business with" and I have a witness. She was additionally pushing for an MRI for self pay that I would have to sign up for. These remarks of an MRI were disturbing as I do not have health insurance until July. I, again brought my support system, whom is my partner/boyfriend to this second appointment today 06/09/2026. I was disrespected as she directed much of her attention and explanations to him rather than to me. Her actions were inappropriate, as I expected information regarding MY health treatment to be communicated DIRECTLY to me. This experience left me unheard, disregarded and fully dissatisfied with the care I received. While I understand I signed an ROI, that not does mean that the doctor should direct all of the care, while face-to-face, with the concerned patient, treatment as well as further follow up to my partner/boyfriend as I am very well equipped, intellectually to comprehend the diagnoses. With all of the above being stated, this entire experience was absolutely insulting, full of disappointment and a hinder toward encouraging positive healing, health and well-being.

I was excited to see the curbside option because I am still wary of going in establishments given the unpredictability with the pandemic. I will say my excitement went down with each leg of the experience and I will tell you why. The first thing I noticed was no prices or ingredients on the menu. I didn't think *too* much of this upfront because I expect a nutrient focused product to be more pricy then say a tea at a local chain. I was bothered by the lack of listed ingredients. I think they rely on the look of their product on instagram. They will post a delicious looking shake, call it half-baked, and rely on your mind wandering to delicious treats by the same name. When I seek something health conscious, the first thing. I look at is the ingredients. I did throw this out the window, though, and decided to try tea anyway because it was a super hot day. I called to place my order, like it says online, and someone answered the phone and said "hello?". No "West Park Nutrition" no "How can I help you?" nothing. This threw me off because I thought I called the wrong number. I said I wanted to place an order and she simply said "text me and I'll get it ready for you". Red flag number two, but I simply attributed this to being more of a young, new school kind of place. I texted my order and then texted the same number when I arrived. For all other curbside experiences I've done in the last few months you notify them when you get there. I got a response after about 5 minutes that said "did you come in? by the way, we don't have one of the flavors you ordered". This is a big red flag number three for me because I would not have ordered if I knew I had to go inside. I assumed curbside and carry out meant that curbside orders were brought out to you. Nevertheless, I went inside to follow through with my order. I adjusted my flavor and worked with the guy behind the counter who was very nice. He was apologetic about the miscommunication between flavors that were in stock and I assured him it was no big deal. He handed over my teas (I ordered 2 large teas) and I found out at check out that my total was almost $20. I will say I can't imagine any other instance where I would pay this much for 2 teas, let alone ones where I didn't know the ingredients. Our teas were tasty enough, but they were almost reminiscent of a pre-work out kind of taste. While those can ne "tasty" for a pre work out, they aren't something I sip on for enjoyment. I drink aloe daily, and that's not the flavor I was picking up. I wanted to love this place, and I may return in the future, but definitely not at this location. It was unclear if you order tea as a pair to a shake, or if they are priced separately. If they come together as a package, I was not advised of that when I ordered or when I said I had never been in before. The whole process was confusing, disjointed, and way over priced in my opinion. If you are looking for a potentially "healthier" option to like a traditional shake, this may be your place. It's hard to say given the lack of ingredients. I would say don't be drawn in by social media and the promise of curbside like I was. Go in, ask questions, and get the information before you go through with an order. I would do that differently knowing what I know now!
