I waited all day with no word, so I called them and asked what was going on, I was told the price I was quoted was not correct, the car needed more work done, (a lot more work done.) Not sure what all of the items needed were, but one item quoted did stand out: "I needed new tires, two in front were bare, and the core was showing through" Needing new tires can be "relevant" I understand" But core showing through, that is very scary. But I had checked the tires the day I took the car in, thinking it may be the tires, NO CORE SHINING THROUGH. How can one rate a company knowing that: (things seen, are not correct, when things unseen are being billed) Which also is "Very Scary"

George auto Gallery 1081 E. 700 S.) is the absolute worst!!!! First off they were INSISTENT on me leaving a good review for them as far as calling me several days after to make sure I was going to ... 6 days after I got my vehicle, it was towed because the starter went out and ever since then it just has gone down from there. The transmission is bad. Turbos going out was told soon after I got the car. The air conditioner went out less than a year of having it. radiator is bad. I had to have it towed again after only a couple months of having the vehicle because the plastic reservoir that the antifreeze goes in cracked and had to be replaced because of it overheating due to the radiator and they refuse to help me. The only reason why I traded in my car with the only issue that it had was the power steering. Everything else was perfect on my car!! I just wanted something bigger. I had zero problems with my car. 7 days after I had the car I got from this joke car lot towed I went in because I wanted to get a different vehicle and I thought there was such thing as a lemon law and they told me that wasn't true and that they couldn't help us they've done nothing to try to work with us. When I went into get this vehicle that I currently still have I was concerned about a dent on the driver side door and he told me that the exterior didn't matter and It was how good the car was ...WELL my guy ..the car is a POS. There has been over $4000 put into this car..they should be ashamed of themselves selling a car like this to somebody just for their gain. I would not recommend going to these people at all! after I got the vehicle they let me spin a wheel and win a prize. well the prize that it landed on they didn't have it in stock so I got a bucket full of car cleaning stuff... Thanks for that!! Makes up for the POS that you sold me right? I will find every place where I can leave a review and let it be known how horrible this company is and my situation that I've had with them! The car also has other issues that I'm still trying to figure out that I've been having problems with since day one. And also, they were really nice when I was in there buying a car, but then their attitude changed towards me when I came in showing the problems and letting them know that they sold me a crappy car.. That was a lie. The transmission fluid, engine oil, front differential oil and rear differential fluid were all old and over worked. When I went to have that work done I had to pay for it. Just days after buying the truck . The worst part is when they serviced my front differential and found metal shavings. I had my guy open it up and sure enough it's damaged. The front differential gear is ruined. Replacing that will now cost me over 2,000$ after owning the truck a month. I've texted them explaining this and was told "sorry for your frustrations." Team D can't be trusted. If you buy a car from them have a mechanic check it out first. Don't get screwed over.

They are backed by American First so they didn't even ask my bank or the loan company I was using what rate they could get me. They just signed me up for American First which requires a checking account, so now I have three checking accounts instead of the two I already had. (Which was too many to begin with) they also gave me way less ($4,200) for my car then the Major Ford dealership ($4,800) or the other used dealership ($5,000). My car payment was also due two days later and I asked them three different time what I should do, and they said they would take care of it and asked if I would leave a good review, well they lied! I paid it which I would have even minded if they would have just been honest!!!

I've attempted to reach out before going to the extent of leaving a review but the owner Ron Caplin has not cared to reach out to me and I've been without a car for a long time now but still paying on one that's broken down.. also the extended warranty purchased from them will not cover any of the repairs. 1st time in dealership shop- (July 2022-Sep 2022) 2nd time in dealership shop- (Nov 2022-Jan 2023) 3rd time in dealership shop- (Mar 2023-June 2023) Now it's sitting in my driveway and does not run and this whole time I have been paying $230 a month for it. Won't be doing business with them again and I suggest you don't waste your time either.
