I was looking for a 911 and saw on FB that they had one at their Bluff location in STG. From the moment that I walked on the lot the entire team there was not only welcoming but also answered all of my questions about the car without any pressure. I went home to think about it and decided to make the purchase. The whole process was very simple and straightforward. We agreed on terms and I went to pick up the car. We bought a car from Auto passion 3 months ago. After test driving the car the battery went dead. The manager said no need to get a warranty if things go wrong with the car we well take care of you. Fast forward three months and the engine and the transmission went out. After weeks of calling them, a very helpful sale person made some Suggestions. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but these guys have earned every praise. I was in the process of moving back to St. George and was in need of a car. However, I still had some business to take care of before moving to St. George permanently. I was planning on only being gone for a couple of days and then returning. While I was gone they were going to get my paperwork ready so I could just sign and drive when I got back. Well, COVID-19 struck and I got quarantined for 2 weeks before I could travel again. Brandon, in sales, was understanding and took the time to understand the situation. Long story short, they held the car for me until I returned. When I returned, I found out that they had preemptively discovered a small defect in one of the tires and replaced it. But, the tired shop replaced the wrong tire. Then suddenly not 20 miles down the road the engine began to make terrible noises! I texted Brandon and he set up a time to take the car to a local mechanic the very next day. While the mechanics were diagnosing the problem, the engine completely died. The owners of Auto Passion Team Took complete ownership of the situation and replaced the motor and turbo on my new car at great expense. I do not write Reviews, but this issue required me to do so to get some attention. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was looking on the Internet for a nice pickup that was dependable, and powerful to pull a car hauler trailer and a camper on the pickup. I found my Dodge dream pickup in St. George, Utah. I choose Auto Passion Team by the social media reviews that were top notch. So I traveled to St. George to traded in my 2011 Harley-Davidson FLHX Street Glide on a 2007 Dodge Mega Cab 4 door pickup in October 2020. It looked like the perfect deal, but underneath all the glitz and glamor was a issue that has never been resolved. So I made the deal with Fabrice, the owner of Auto Passion Team. Drove the pickup home in high spirits, and happy I had used this dealer because the overall feel was very nice. Fast Forward to February 1, 2021 because on COVID-19 Pandemic I had to wait until February 8, 2021 fir an appointment at Nevada DMV to get the truck licensed, Registered and Titled. So I took my truck to get the Smog certificate, and was told it would not pass Inspection because all the Required Emission equipment to certify the truck had been removed. So I thought no big deal I bought it at a reputable Dealer who treated me square....... WRONG So I contacted Fabrice the owner and explained my dilemma. He said no problem to contact a good friend Tony, at a auto shop in Las Vegas, NV that he knew called AutoSpec-LV.com. I counted Tony, and he said it would take about an hour to find a cure to my issue. He never got back to me. EVER? So I contacted Fabrice B. The owner of Auto Passion Team two days later. He said no problem that he would find an answer. I have never heard back from Tony, or Fabrice....... Ever. Pretty sad way to treat a customer. Now I'm forced to take the pickup to my auto shop ......called: Imperial Auto and Truck at Hot Rod Hill in Henderson, Nevada. This shop found all the missing required emission equipment. Now I'm forced to have them replace all the missing emission equipment to stock, so it will pass Clark County Nevada Emission ( Smog) regulations. So much for my Dream Pickup. I purchase a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel truck from the team. They have excellent customer service. To make sure your vehicle is in top shape, they make use of a local inspection service called "Blue Check". I was present during the inspection and received written as well as verbal report from the inspector. It definitely reinforced my opinion that I was getting a great truck. They team went out of there way to make sure that any recalls were addressed. They actually called up the dealer, made an appointment and took down to have the recall item fixed. Its funny how only good reviews show up and the bad one disappear, These guys are cons they don't stand up for they cars, I bought a 20.000 dollar car a week later it needs 7000 dollars of work and they knew it had a bad transmission, I have all the paperwork if anyone needs proof. Please stay clear of this dealer ship spend the extra money and buy a new one in the long run its a better idea and there is a warranty or you can go to these crooks and it will cost you as much as a new one and you still wont have a car that runs. They told my husband and me that they had gone through the truck that I bought and that it was in good condition, so I paid top dollar for the truck. They gave me bottom dollar for my Yukon which had a newer engine, new battery, newer tires and was meticulously maintained. First, there was no spare tire which we discovered after experiencing a flat tire in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, a kind man with a hot spot in his truck stopped and let me use his phone to call AAA. I still have to purchase a wheel for a spare, and get the spare tire holder repaired because the cable is cut and there's no mechanism under the truck. Second, the steering was loose and I ended up with a $4100.00 repair bill for ALL the things a repair shop in Colorado Springs found wrong with the truck including all of the front end parts and an oil leak. It still needs the steering box and the shocks replaced, the tow haul mode does not work, and one of the door locks does not work automatically, but I can't afford to get to have anymore repairs done. Third, once I got it home, I started washing the under side because the repair shop in Colorado pointed out how much dirt and rocks were underneath it when it was up on the rack. A huge amount of rocks and red dirt came out from underneath it. Apparently, the truck had been run into a huge mud hole and someone had done a minimal job of washing off the easily visible dirt. My husband and I are both disabled, and we relied on the dealer to be honest about the truck. We made a very costly mistake. read more
