Wow!!! I know it's kinda weird to be reviewing this type of service, but this company deserves it!…read moreWe just moved into a home that is on well/septic and we needed it serviced. These guys were the most reliable, honest, hard working and kind guys ever! Highly recommend this company and their services!

My grandmother called to set up an appt for my house (since she's the one here all day) the lady…read moreover the phone, Barbara I think, told her she would have to be here to pay the guys when they got here. When the crew arrived at the house the one younger man (I think Doug, but I could be wrong) was OBVIOUSLY in a hurry, wouldn't stand still long enough for me to tell him we had an invisible fence buried (I hate to repeat it 3 times to him), I directed them to exactly where the septic system was. Showed the man that there was a $700 dog line that runs right next to it, the area where the dog line was buried was visible due to the ground being freshly dug, I watched the entire time as he dug around it (without issue) towards the end of the small hole being dug he got impatient and chopped the line directly in half, despite me telling him multiple times he was almost right on top of the line, we didnt know the septic tank was there or we would've moved it over further when burying it. It wasnt ON TOP of the septic system like he told the office people, it was extremely close to it but I was directing him the whole time as to where it was. His version of fixing it was to tape it together with electrical tape (without splicing the wire) and was VERY rude the whole time. When we called the office after telling us she would have to call her crew to find out what really happened and after she was very nasty to us she finally yelled "fine dont pay your bill, but dont ever call us back again" and hung up. We were very polite and just wanted them to take responsibility and offer ANY kind of assistance, without the extreme amount of attitude we got from the very beginning. The man doing the job argued with my grandmother and didnt even want to snake the line (which is included) stating that wasnt our problem and we needed to hire a plumber. If I could rate less than a star you bet your ass I would. I have never in my life, experienced something like this from the crew doing the work all the way up to THE OWNER. I'll make sure that everybody I know NEVER uses this company & they've already been reported to the BBB.

There so many thoughtful touches, a pathway for my dads wheelchair, mulch barriers from my neighbors wild flowers, storage for our kayaks. The transformation was huge, it's like a whole new house. Gairy was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and very responsive throughout the process. Pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work completed. We're extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.
