We wanted a complete landscape design for our backyard. We contacted multiple landscapers who either were booked 6 months out, or wanted several hundred dollars, even $1000 to design our yard and that cost was not applied to the cost of the backyard a job if we selected them. We called The Plant Guys and met with Will Jackson, the landscape designer. Will listened to what we wanted and asked for pictures of the type of landscaping we wanted. We were looking for a mountain/park design. Will took our information, and drew up a design that made our dream backyard a reality. The cost for the design was $250 but that was applied to the cost of the job. He brought in many boulders and a huge variety of flowing plants, grasses, and green plants placed around those boulders. He even installed a fountain surrounded by rocks and plants. He and the company's crew were easy to work with, very friendly, and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend The Plant Guys! Lauren was my arborist/landscape architect. She knows her stuff and made wonderful suggestions! She was patient when I was making decisions. Her 8 member crew led by Justin, was awesome and they worked together efficiently! It was fun to watch! They were on time, professional, and even my puppy loved them! LOL! I had several trees planted for privacy. They got rid of old tired bushes and cleared out all debris! I also had new gardenias and camellias planted. They put down weed barriers, mulch and built a lovely edging wall. Although it was extremely hot, they were pleasant and patient the entire time. I was then given a complete guide on how and when to water! This is helpful because I am not a natural green thumb. It's obvious their plants and trees are of the highest quality. We needed some privacy in our backyard as the homes are quite close together in our neighborhood. Asked for some estimates with landscapers on-line. Nick, from The Plant Guys was knowledgeable , came on time and his quote was detailed. We Hired him. The plants he supplied are healthy and gorgeous. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after. They even cut a couple branches off of a scraggly tree in our front yard, no charge! We had Nick and his crew install 8 B&B trees recently and were very pleased with the whole experience. They came by that day - quoted quickly (within a few hours) - fairly priced. They showed up when they said they would and were flexible with our schedule so we could be there to make sure we liked the location of the trees. Friendly and knowledgeable. They worked in 95 degree heat for 6 hours to complete the job. The soil was very compacted and had a number of stones debris - so it was hard work. Will Jackson is so professional, and he took the time to assess the problem, even during a heavy rain storm, and came up with a practical plan. The team worked so hard to clear a large open drain that was blocked with debris and saplings, and it's never looked so good.
