Ive been going to Dr. Olson for few months and within one adjustment I felt relief from my upper back/neck pain. Then to my delight I noticed less frequent headaches after getting adjusted a few more times. Which is huge for someone who has been suffering from headaches for most of my life. I didn't intend to even address my headache but was pleasantly surprised. I was so glad I finally went to be seen instead of suffering with my back/neck pain. I get to use a roller table before my adjustment and which I believe adjusts me spine and I enjoy it very much. My experience of Dr Olsen has been very rewarding. I have a very severe spinal problem and have been in pain for many years. i have had over 600 chiropractic adjustments from many chiropractors. I just turned 65 and primary care doctor recommended Dr Olsen for physical therapy, since i have been going to Dr Olsen my back has been improving better than other chiropractors. He has a good bedside manner and listens to what you are telling him. he has a great staff and they really are attentive to making sure you are doing well. I've had low back problems since I was in my 20's, (arthritis in my spine, top to bottom), and I've had 4 major neck surgeries,resulting in my neck being fused from C3 to C7. I have had mediocre results with chiropractic in the past, having had difficulty with the "crunching". I'd always tense up completely by the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not sure it was even "better than nothing". Dr Olson, his staff, and his equipment are many steps above the typical chiropractor! He's very kind, as well as a wonderful listener, and he takes what I say into considertion. He uses an adjustment tool on me, rather than "crunching", and my improvement in the last 3 years is astonishing! The adjustment tool doesn't hurt me at all (he can vary the strength of it), and he even broke something loose in my right hip that was frozen. I can now pull my right knee up to my chest, where before I hadn't been able to, even 1/3 of the way. I didn't even know it until I inadvertantly tried, and it didn't hurt! That was a lifelong problem that just disappeared!!! He also uses a laser in his practice, which has helped both my mother and me with major pain. There are several other types of treatments...a physical therapist on staff, roller beds, a roller water bed, as well as TENS stimulation, heat and ice. When used in conjunction with the adjustments, I always leave feeling much, much better! Robert Olson is a very experienced doctor , and he's gone way above and beyond my expectations for a chiropractor. I say that from the point of view of one who has managed medical practices and worked with doctors for over 25 years. With his office full of state-of-the-art equipment, a physical therapist, and an office staff that is very caring, knowledgable, and, above all, friendly, he provides a service to me that has given me back my life, and I'm very grateful. read more

Based on prior experience, I was not a fan of chiropractic so when my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Robert Olson for Sciatica and chronic neck problems I was skeptical. That was over a year ago and because of the care received in Dr. Olson's office my skepticism has vanished. At the outset I was treated by both Dr. Olson and his excellent staff physical therapist, Peter Scognamillo -- a great combination. I began to feel immediate relief and within sixty days my sciatica was gone and my neck stabilized. Now, a year later I return regularly for "preventative maintenance". And, it works. What you will not get in Dr. Olson's office is the hard sell and a plethora of potions that was all too typical in my prior experience with chiropractic. If there is a below ZERO score here I would definitely give that score. I wish to pertain my very low rating to the staff of INTEGRATIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CHIROPRACTIC. I have been talking to this personnel Angelica, and her manager. It has been extremely difficult for me to book an appointment with their massage therapist who apparently only has about 2 full days availability. My package has been unfortunately prepaid and when asked about how to cancel, they now tell me that they would rather use that said money for my cancellation fee since I decided to cancel an appointment with them. First of all, before I booked the said package online, it was NEVER CLEAR that there was such a policy, and non of their staff even mentioned that when I was trying to book my days. It's EXTREMELY BEEN DIFFICULT TO BOOK with them and they have vastly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL, AWFUL experience. read more

If you haven't tried these chairs you're missing out. especially if you're someone who doesn't like anyone touching them. in minutes you can feel deep release, massaged from neck to toe. (Or if you prefer & have time, there is a masseuse on duty for full body massage.) Then I move on to the heated water bed for 10 minutes or so to add another layer of relaxation. Next on to the spinal decompression table. Where my neck is pulled out of its shoulder-shell and I stand taller than I have in 15 years.
