I originally took my 4 year old here to get cavities filled after being referred from another dentist , they made the appointment and said they'd be filled then , we drove over an hour to get to this place , sat in the waiting room with dirty chairs, walls, dirty and broken ceiling tiles, dirty bathrooms, and a poor excuse of a toy area for kids with broken and dirty toys. File shelves that are all empty like they rushed to set up a shady business just for show ... we finally get called back and snd find out they are NOT filling his cavities and try to say he didn't have 3 he had 10. They don't have a proper medical scale, the floors of the rooms are dirty, a TOOTH left on the floor. The actual dentist came in, bad attitude, in a rush, looked in my son's mouth for all of 10 seconds and tried to say my son would need full sedation and neither parent could be present but can't give a reason as to why !!? This place seems extremely shady, they don't give you proper answers for the procedures, no cameras, unprofessional, unclean, not the proper equipment at all . Needless to say after fighting with them for months we got TWO other opinions for our now 5 year old and he in fact DOES NOT have 10 cavities nor does he need fully sedated ! I'd highly recommend if you are looking at this place , read other reviews and take people word for it , I read a few positive reviews and was like oh maybe the bad ones are wrong, nope I should've listened. The office staff are stuck up and the doctor is the worst- the female doctor there shamed me for choosing not to use fluoride. Then denied my son treatment- they made up a lie about the anesthesiologist having a weight limit. I know it's a lie because my niece is older and weighs more and had the same procedure done at that office specifically. If you call with a problem about your experience, the office manager is rude, unprofessional, and she will hang up on you. At least she did me. I definitely do not recommend this place. Their management at the Wexford location should do better.

She does way better without me involved. I can't believe we've made it to this point! She is now 15 and can see her dentist without her mommy.
