I have been with State Farm and Robert Breiner for over 20 years. I have maybe spoken with him personally 3 times in all that time. Recently, I had a boat malfunction and found out that State Farm had previously cancelled my boat insurance. They say letters were sent, but I didn't receive them. Had this been a bad accident, it would have been catastrophic without insurance!! I get call after call when they need an odometer reading and other small matters, but no personal call when my insurance is cancelled?!?!?! That's not the kind of service I expect or will tolerate! Honestly, I'd give this man a ZERO. He is quite worthless. My husband and I have been insured through Breiner's office since 1998 (and hubby thinks he was insured previous to that before we were married). In all that time I believe I met Breiner ONCE. He never contacts us other than the bills that we receive from State Farm. We have both cars, our house and an umbrella policy through State Farm. We have no tickets, no accidents and no claims yet our rates are INCREASING. I called his office last week and to find out what the hell is going on. I was told that we are eligible for other discounts, but the woman I spoke to never called back to tell us how to get them. We've had it with this man and his office. Clearly he has no interest in us or our business or in even selling us other other products that the company offers. We're switching agents today. We should have done that years ago. read more

I transferred my account from Brian Miller State Farm in Zephyr Cove, Lake Tahoe. I have never regretted having Robert as my Insurance Agent. He has insured every car, house and business I have had in the 29 years I've lived in Palmdale. The number he lists (661)810-5651 really is his cell phone and he answers it when called. Always there for any problem I have ever had. For example I was recently rear ended on the freeway. When I got my truck repaired, Robert followed me to the body shop, picked me up and took me to breakfast. I was going to use Uber, but Robert volunteered to pick me up on his own time.
