If I write this review truthfully, it's going to be flagged as fake--there are just too many good things I can say about Robert. From the very first meeting, Robert's professionalism and charisma were apparent. We were preparing to sell our home of nine years, so we needed someone who had both the market knowledge and the emotional empathy to understand that this was not just a transaction for us. In our initial consultation, Robert arrived with an entire proposal outlining the neighborhood, comparable sales, and a price he felt suited the current environment. He outlined his very clear vision of how to market our home and the timeline for it, and walked us through what to expect from every step of the process. He was never late and kept us informed of everything he was doing. Once our home was listed, Robert continued to communicate with us regularly regarding feedback, potential buyers, and offers. He clearly laid out the pros and cons of the offers we received, and took the time to make sure we understood completely what we were looking at. He gave us great recommendations in terms of counter-offers and negotiation strategy, and in the end, our home sold for over-asking.
