What I was originally shown was a lightweight piece with no metal. After my extraction (which took about an hour), I was given something totally different -- a large prosthetic that didn't fit right. I couldn't close my mouth properly and could barely talk without a lisp. The dentist tried to file it down, which just made it worse and left a gap between the roof of my mouth and the denture. When I said I was unhappy, she offered to cut it, but told me if she did, I wouldn't be able to eat with it. I agreed because I was sore and ready to go home, but the result is a prosthetic I can't wear at all. My insurance won't cover another one, so I'm just stuck with it. When I tried to talk to the office about it, they weren't kind or helpful -- and I was dismissed from the practice right after paying for the procedure. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience left me disappointed and without a usable prosthetic. I hope sharing my story helps others ask more questions before committing to major dental work.

So about a week later I stopped by to have them worked on and dropped the dentures off, ( I can where them for six hours if I eat nothing). I get a phone call from them saying never to come back because my actions at the office were hostile and not up to their standards. REALLY !! My wife witnessed the whole thing, and said ( the doctor screwed the dentures up and wanted me gone! ) I am calling the ADA and the BBB about getting screwed out of my time and my money.

A few months down the road my auto payment stopped coming out for some reason and they didn't charge me a late fee, they simply resumed my payments and added on the extra months at the end of the term. They have just been so kind, accommodating, and professional. I'm sure all 3 of my children will end up needing braces as well and I'm happy to know I have an amazing orthodontist to take them to! As to the reviews saying the wait time is long...of course it is. If their wait time was super short, it would be because they don't have a lot of customers and clearly they are packed full of clients because of the amazing work they do. When you go to a great facility there is going to be wait times! I will add though, I tend to show up for my appointments an hour early and I always get in super early. Had I known this beforehand, I likely would have chosen a different provider. Since endodontic procedures can cost thousands of dollars, I assumed financing would be available, as it is offered by many dental and specialty offices. After learning there were no financing options, I expressed my frustration because I felt I had wasted both my time and my mother's money on a consultation that would not lead to treatment. When I brought up my concern, I was told the information was in the paperwork I signed. In the fine print. While that may be true, I believe something as important as payment and financing options should be communicated clearly before patients spend hundreds of dollars on an evaluation. The interaction left me feeling dismissed rather than understood. My purpose in sharing this review is to encourage the office to be more transparent about financing policies upfront so patients can make informed decisions before committing to the cost of a consultation.

I wish I could give a zero to 1/2 star. I made an appointment to see a dentist here to help me…read moredetermine if the pain in my lower right jaw was a bad back tooth or if it was TMJ/TMD. I was given Ron Davidson and told he was their TMJ "specialist". I came into this office with pre existing conditions/details about my dental history that were crucially important in assessing an overall treatment plan. He over zealously spoke of one of his "inventions" the designed to treat TMJ/TMD issues such as pain and sleep. I explained that I was just out of Invisalign treatment on my top teeth and he said his "invention/retainer" would also take care of keeping my top front teeth aligned while the bone healed around them and they became more stable. I had spent $4000 on Invisalign. For the next several months I came into this office no less than 14 times with problems due to his "retainer/invention". During this time the top tooth that has the Invisalign treatment went back to its original position rendering my $4000 spent worthless. Davidson had to make a second retainer because he never could get the first one to fit correctly, even after multiple grinding sessions of both the retainer and my teeth, which are now hollowed out and sharp to the touch of my tongue. I clearly told him that the most important thing going on in my mouth was my front teeth as they pertain to my Invisalign treatment but that was not on his mind. He seemed obsessed with the idea that he would be able to put an additional notch in his belt in favor of his invention so he could get his pat on the back. I stopped going after, 14 visits, and grinding my teeth, he s=could not get my bite right. on my last visit, I came in and told him he needed to adjust my bite because on one side of my mouth only 1 front tooth was touching the opposing lower tooth and it was actually making any TMJ I did have, WORSE! He brushed me off and continued on with his inner dialogue about how wonderful he is and how he loves to solve PUZZLES! He also gave me pricing on not 2 (as requested) but 5 upper front crowns and 1 implant crown at (excluding temporary crowns and other "potential" costs) @ $24,000. Outrageous! In the beginning of this awful experience, Davidson said he would reimburse me for the retainer ($1100-very expensive for piece of plastic that never fit). I requested reimbursement weeks ago and I have heard nothing back from anyone in the practice). I went back to the orthodontist and my periodontist to confirm what I thought about his "treatment plan". He had ruined my Invisalign result, left my front teeth unstable and hurting, and ruined my bite. My periodontist sent me to a new dentist who had to fix my bite so I could even close my mouth. I don't leave reviews often, but will if I think I can help someone else out by providing inside information about the character of the people in this dental practice. Since Davidson is a principal/owner, it is only logical that he would tell his employees how to respond and deal with problems that inevitably arise when dealing with patients. I don't blame any of his employees, but I put the blame squarely on Davidson and his self aggrandizing behavior. Reimburse me the money you owe me Davidson...
