Honestly, one little thing ruined this 1 star review from being a 5 star review…read more I worked with Dave and my corporate office to have Orlando Recycles pick up a plethora of old IT equipment ranging from monitors, to an old TV, desktops, etc. My corporate office gave me specific requirements on what needed to be done for hard drives, including a certificate per drive showing they were destroyed. This is a common requirement in IT departments everywhere, as obviously we're responsible for that data and don't need it getting into the wrong hands. This is something I spoke with Dave about over the phone, and reiterated I needed. Dave came by with another gentleman and took out all the equipment as requested no problem. Sometime later, I received a receipt that showed what was taken. The only thing that was numerically listed was the hard drives that were removed. However, I received no certificates. I emailed Dave. He said he had no notes of that request. Of course not, it was a phone conversation. Nor did he ask me on the day of if that was as service I needed or wanted. So while he apologized, that really doesn't help my case at all. Because of that slight oversight (which is actually a massive issue), I can't recommend nor use this company again in the future.
