If you need something for your office or home office, you may be able to get a deal on a desk or chair if you were already looking. As of the first week of January 2026, most of the stuff was 10-15% off so no real savings. Things like stickers were the only things I saw at a much higher percentage. The staff was friendly and I walked up and down every aisle looking for a deal and left empty handed. They said the store was closing in February 2026 so maybe in a few weeks, the sale items will be cheaper.

Then the men that delivered were pushing through my doorway and ripped up the frame (freshly painted as it is a new office). They took five hours to put the items together and then when they found the broken desk they were trying to convince me to leave it in my office until the new one came. I wanted to cancel and get a refund and was told by Donovan and Matt that they would work with me and get me a desk right away. This has been delayed over and over. I was supposed to get the desk yesterday (December 26) and was told that it would be today December 27. Now I am being told Matt and Donovan are both on vacation. What a joke. I went back to the office, made the suggested changes, and uploaded the documents. It was ready within 2 hours. Yesterday I decided to challenge them - I took a name plate from our office and said "I need these names in twelve name plates". The staff measured the name plates, told me which template to use online, upload the names and titles, and once again, done by the end of the day, they even cut the printed cards into the right size.
