He has an aversion to email and phone calls pertaining to urgent matters. Is it not 2019? We have technology to communicate quickly and effectively. He also claimed an email and phone call was an extended courtesy he chose not to do. He only does the minimum. As a result, I was fined by the dmv and my driver's ID we're close to being revoked for the insurance lapse. I could have been arrested for unknowingly driving without insurance. An accident could of resulted oin the lost of my house in a lawsuit. NYC is no joke. When I requested to be reinstated so I can legally drive to work, he said I was banned for life. He must lie all day, everyday. Do not use this guy ever!!!!! Dan, learn how to use email. This not 1985 brah! Your laziness, incompetence, indifference and accusatory attitude at the work place is not productive. You can ruin people's lives. Do you enjoy that having that power? You are unfit to work anywhere with all that laziness and lying.

It's always the same, answer a bunch of questions then get a low ball quote that changes when you actually sign up. Not this time. Maria Mendes is by far the most professional agent I've ever dealt with. The way our conversation went it was if I was dealing with a long time friend. And she actually saved me money! Being in the automotive field I know that inexpensive policies mean aftermarket parts not original manufacturer parts. These parts do not fit right most of the time.
