Went through Drive Thru last week and ordered two carnitas burritos and one horchata, total was about $27. The girl in the drive thru window was in a rush, mind you place was empty and no one was behind us in drive thru, she gave us our food and quickly shut her window. So,this place is not anything fancy. The cashier is not the most happy go lucky gal you will run into. This place is the place you go when everything is closed and you are hankering for a big carne asada burrito or some giant carne asada nachos. I remember eating here in my 20's when we would come back from Fresno after watching a movie and we were feeling hungry but didn't feel like going home just yet. I recently ate here with the boys because the little one said he wanted to have a breakfast burrito from Robertito's. He recalls Daddy ordering some. I'm not arguing with the boy. I waited literally 10 mins at the drive thru speaker, no one greeted me even after I said "Hello" a few times. I left the drive thru and walked in only to see the employees sitting down in the back. Management needs to get on their employees! Employees are also rude as if the customer is doing wrong for coming in to order food. I ended up getting a blah burrito that didn't come with the guac they charged me for. When I asked for a side of chips and guac the lady seemed confused and I'm pretty sure charged me for a full order of nachos since my total came out to $17 for a carne asada burrito, chips and guac with cold cheese on top and a large horchata. I went today to get what i normally get at this location and fresno and clovis locations, spicy chicken burrito. I literally got the worst burrito ive ever had. It had 5 pieces of bay leaf in it at first bite (i get it sometimes there are a couple of pieces but 5 REALLY!?) it was luke warm and the sauce was so thick (usually its light, hot and spicy) today thick, luke warm, and crunchy from bits of whatever stuck in it. The 2 things I order are California Burritos and Carne Asada Nachos. Absolutely have to order the red hot sauce. It's a must. If your not guac fan don't forget to tell them no guac on the Nachos. Just went today...got home and they messed up again!! I called and the owner refused to make good on there mistake... Late night food place of course. Asada fries are great most everything else mediocre or subpar. Service is also pretty rude at times. Sign says open 24 hours, but if you ask them they close at 2, but usually 1:30 or whenever they feel like it.
