Very clean taco spot. Service is great and fast. Salsas are pretty good and tacos are bomb. They updated their menu with new prices

I found hair in my food very disgusting don't recommend

Their was hair in my food and when I took it back in the lady was so rude she was fighting an argument on how I couldn't have been them yet no one was wearing a hair net in the work area. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

    Their $15 Asada Wet Burrito

Their 15$ asada wet burrito. Customer service was good though. There's nothing else to say so I'll stop the review here, only typing this to meet Yelp's character limit.

Just what I wanted! Visiting the Fresno area, I was given Arsenio's as a local recommendation and glad I took it! Super friendly service, big and fun menu...plus a chips and salsa bar to dive into all the delicious salsas and sauces. 10/10 would return!

It's a reliable place for Mexican food. They have locations all over Fresno. I usually get a burrito or torta with carne asada. It's pretty satisfying. I've never had a bad experience and they prepare your order very quickly. I like that they offer a salsa bar where you can help yourself to their variety of salsas and condiments. The dining area is a typical fast food setting with their tables and booths. It's a solid place.

My mother called and ordered 2 chicken salad bowls with no sour cream and guacamole on the side. The worker said it would 10 minutes. We went to get it. Walked inside. The restaurant is safe and clean! Spanish music playing. Masks worn by workers. Lunchtime! I got everything ready. It came with tortilla chips too! That made Mother's Day! Thank you! The chicken salad burrito bowl was WOW! Amazingly fresh and delicious! Tasty times 10! Especially with the hot sauce and guacamole! Great beans and rice too! Yummy! My mother said hers was really good! Plenty of chicken and food! We both have leftovers too! Good service and Great burrito bowls! Highly Recommended!

    Definitely not carnitas.

This is not carnitas meat to me. I order for takeout and I'm on my lunch so how can I go back and complain. Check your food before you leave. When she handed me my drink, some of it got on her finger and she sucked it in front of me. Wonder what else goes on in the back.

    Cheese Enchiladas combo plate
    Michael L.

I was shopping in Clovis, and I made an impulsive decision to grab some enchiladas from the Arsenio's Mexican Food restaurant on Shaw Avenue near the Clovis Walmart. The establishment is following the COVID19 guidelines, and masks are required and there is a plastic barrier in place at the cash register. Hand sanitizer is provided for the use of the customer. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate which comes with beans and rice. The plate also comes with your choice of corn or flour tortillas. I was concerned about the cheese in the enchiladas, as I am accustomed to enchiladas from my visits to Mexico, which utilize 100% delicious Mexican cheese! I took my food home of course, and I ate at home. The food was hot, and the enchiladas had a red sauce poured over them with some melted American cheese on top. The enchiladas were good, as the red sauce was flavorful. The sauce could have been spicy, but I was given some chunky salsa with chips with my order. The mark of flavorful Mexican cuisine is always noted on the flavor of the rice and beans. That said, the beans were on point, but the rice simply did not measure up! The rice was without flavor, and should have had more condiments added to it to impart flavor. Overall, an adequate dining experience!

    Papas tacos

This Mexican restaurant is a great last minute place to get food from. My boyfriend surprised me with papas tacos, one of my go to dishes. They were super delicious and nice and crunchy, there salsa is also pretty good :)

    First time and love it!

Sorry forgot to take pictures of the food but I ordered 2 items combo- Chile relleno and shredded beef enchilada with rice and beans! Love everything, especially the rice and beans!!!!!

The shop was tidy and clean. The hubs ordered a burrito and I got the chili relleno with beans and rice. They offer complimentary chips and salsa. I'm a wuss about heat and ut was perfrct for me. Our friend is 3/4 lava monseter asked for a hotter salsa and they were happy to do so. This is where I mentioned that I live life with a service doggo. This place gets 4 paws up! No issues, the floor is clean and there is room for my girl under the tables. The food came out after a short wait. Oh, my! The burrito was huge! And looked so good! My plate came out and was also very delicious looking. We dug in and the table got real quiet. The kind of quiet that settles in when people are busy feeding their pie holes with good food. The hubs really enjoyed his burrito and while tge relleno was good, it wasnt my thing. But the beast and rice were lit! Some of the best I've ever had! We have been back and we can add taco salad and tacos to the list of yum. We will be back!!

To be fair, my wife and I didn't stray too far off the menu as we were only mildly hungry and wanted to give this place a shot. To start , they offer you a basket of tortilla chips dusted with seasoning and a pretty good red salsa. These chips and salsa were exactly what you can find at Toledo's up the street. I was in the mood for breakfast so I opted for the chorizo and eggs with beans and their homemade corn tortillas. Not great, but edible. The service was spotty as we had to order a side of corn tortillas from 3 different people with no success. I might come back to try more menu items , but from what I experienced on my first visit- it may be a while before I do.

This place is officially bookmarked for every future drive through Fresno!…read more The lengua and chicharrón tacos were honestly some of the best I've ever had. I also sampled the carnitas on top of crispy taco shells as well. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the tortillas came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every bite reminded me why simple food done right is hard to beat. I was hoping to try the mojara frita, menudo, and barbacoa, only to find out the menudo and barbacoa are weekend only specialties. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, but it also gives me a great reason to come back. What really stood out, beyond the food, was the hospitality. David, who appears to have been running the place for over 20 years, was incredibly charismatic and provided the kind of customer service that seems harder and harder to find these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the restaurant and the people who walk through the door. One of my favorite parts of the visit was when I saw the owner come out and greet the regulars and customers. The interactions felt sincere and heartfelt, not forced. There was a real sense of community here, as if customers weren't just patrons but part of an extended family. That kind of atmosphere is special and says a lot about the people behind the business. Great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming environment--I'll definitely be back, hopefully on a weekend next time.

Fantastic find while in town for a sports tournament!…read more My family and I were in town for a sports tournament, looked up highly-recommended Mexican spots on Yelp, and Miguel's popped up. When we arrived, we discovered it is actually located inside a Mexican market, which is always a great sign for authentic food! We ordered three super burritos, drinks, and an order of chips and guacamole. We dined inside their nicely renovated dining area while we waited. The food was absolutely fantastic--the super burritos were massive and made with high-quality ingredients, and the guacamole was phenomenal. The staff and cooks were incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming. We left completely full and made sure to thank them for the superb food. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town for a tournament. Thank you to the staff for a job well done!

We went about 6 PM so not sure if going to a different time would've made a difference. The service was pretty good. There was only two people working. The gal that helped us didn't know how to add my points to their point system and had some issues with the register, she was OK. My wife has the chicken tacos I had the asada. We both left Mexican food, and we both feel that we are very fair when it comes to the food value and the taste. As far as the taste, the meat tacos were a little rough and gum like, probably from sitting out too long. The chicken tacos actually fell apart as my wife was eating them, and the chicken was very, very overcooked so again, probably sitting too long inside the burner. They do not have the right ABC license so you can't drink alcohol and eat hair even though you're sitting inside a liquor store. Overall an okay place, there's so many selections of Mexican food in Clovis, this one was so so.
