Everything seemed fine until the owner (bald, gray beard) stepped in and started criticizing Coby's work. Without asking me a single question about what I wanted, he began shaving my hair himself. I never spoke to this man about my haircut, and he never bothered to ask. The result was a completely different haircut than what I requested. When I expressed my frustration afterward, Coby was very understanding but essentially said, "He's the boss." I honestly don't understand how a barbershop can operate like this. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place. Coby seems like a talented barber -- he deserves to work somewhere that respects both him and the client.
