Sean Ward and his team set the exemplary standard for all others to follow. Their workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism and just plain hard work were amazing. They spent three days doing prep work before opening a can of paint. Our 90 year old cottage has an open porch with two wood pillars that were crackled with at least sixty years of paint that was taken down to the original wood. The quality of work is awesome. . Besides painting our crazy old cottage, with five entrance doors, all with storm doors, they stained white our, new 45 fool long, cedar picked fence and ended with cement work on the front steps. Again, he quoted me a great price and sent his team over a few days later. The team arrived nice and early, laid out tarp to protect the floors and went in full steam ahead. All the outlets were put in fine and afterwards they tested each one in front of me and made sure the GFCI operated correctly. Where other electricians wouldn't go the team went into my crawl space and made an impossible outlet in my bedroom possible. These are my electricians for good. So happy for Valvo electric. The kitchen wall was removed and a huge beam was installed. All new electrical, plumbing, heating, insulation, tile flooring, cabinets, countertop and windows. The finish work of skim coating, crown molding, and paint was expertly done. Raul Pacheco did all of this step-by-step, with an incredible team of craftsmen. It is important to note that before choosing Raul, we did a lot of research and received proposals from many contractors, some of them MUCH more expensive. In the end we really liked Raul's honesty, temperament, attitude and experience. He was also able to keep this extensive remodel within budget. We are very happy with the results and will be hiring Raul to do another project for us in the next month.
