The Auto zone on Grand is the absolute best place to go in Fort Smith. I went to a competitor to…read morehave my windshield wiper checked because it wasn't working, and it was closer to where I lived, and although the salesclerk took a look at it he was apprehensive about doing anything to it and told me I'd have to take it to a mechanic and see if it needed to be taken apart. Well, I knew at that moment I should've gone to Auto zone and that's what I did. As soon as I walked in and told Jason, the salesclerk, I was having trouble with my windshield wiper, he came out and took a look at it, got a wrench, and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I ended up buying 2 wiper blades and jumper cables, and needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else for my auto needs from now on. Their salespeople always go the extra mile to help you with any problems, and for someone like me, who knows very little about cars, this is such a blessing. Auto zone, your people are awesome!
