I highly recommend this shop. I had a super minor issue, but not one I could fix on my own. I asked if they had time to fix me up that day and they told me to pop in and they would take a look. The guy on the phone and the guys at the front desk were super friendly and kind, he came out to see that it was the minor issue I thought it was and they took it back. Couldn't have been more than 15 minutes before they had me all fixed up, and they didn't charge me much because it "was a quick and easy fix." It's not always easy to find good shops, with good guys, that are more than fair with their pricing. A real boon to the community. read more

Driving from OKC to Rogers my travel trailer shredded a tire. Pulled over and put on the spare. I got back on the road and made it almost to Fayettville before the other blew out. With no more spares and stranded on the side of the road I called multiple places and was unable to find anyone with the tire I needed. Thankfully Tony's Tire Service had two of them in stock. I live over an hour away from here and was in the area for work. I had purchased some tires from a big box retailer and had them shipped to my home recently, but hadn't had time to have them installed. I had a break in my day and thought it would be a great time to get these put on. I turned to "Yelp" to look for a reliable installer and found Tony's. From the second I arrived until I left, it was an easy process. Shane at the front had my car back as soon as possible and the crew went to work. My front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote which turned out to be about $200 less than their competitors. They did a really great job, brought my umbrella in from the car [was pouring rain], and left it running with the heat on. As I was leaving they have me a bag of peanut brittle and wished me Merry Christmas. I've never been anywhere where they give you a gift!!! I was on my way from Canada to New Orleans and the tire sensor indicated I had an issue. One tire looked low, so I took it into Tony's finding them with Siri on my iPhone. Yelp had 2 good ratings, so I went in. Turns out I had a sidewall separation on the inside of the tire, and they could not get a replacement tire. The first plan was to put the spare on to get me back on the road and I would fix it when I got home. Well, the wheel on the spare tire did not fit over the brake shoe on the 5 year old Ford Ranger, so my spare would never have worked. What they did was find a used tire in stock and replaced my bad tire. Then, they found a used rim, and replaced the bad rim that would not have worked for me. Pricing was fair. 12-12-15 My self and my husband were driving across county . We passed through fort smith to stay the night . On our journey in the uhaul (pulling a trailer ) we blow two tires . We pulled over into a local Walgreens . We called uhaul, who instructed us an authorized dealer would be called (Tony's ) . Our wait time provided by uhaul was 45 mins . In less then 20 mins an employee equipped with hydronic tools came and changed out two rims and tires . They were fast and courteous and had us on our way , total time in just over 30 mins . read more

When I was getting quotes for my brake pads, these guys came in about 1/2 of what some places were giving me. And they even gave me some peanut butter brittle for Christmas. They are genuinely nice and did a great job. I saw them a 2nd time when I needed to get my oil changed and they even gave me a ride home and came back to get me. I took my newly painted white bus here to have new tires and finely polished aluminum wheels mounted and balanced here. They tried to sell me $12.95 valve stems I did not need, leaned two old tires and wheels against my newly painted white bus and severly scratched bothe of my front polished aluminum wheels. I had to tell them 3 times to fill the tires with nitrogen. This place is staffed by rude immature punks who complain about not earning enough money doing a half ass job..!!! read more

My wife took a turn too sharply and blew out the sidewall of a practically new tire, but just outside of the 1 year warranty. I called a few places listed as dealers for the tires we had, the next day, a Saturday, , but they did not have our size in stock and would not be able to get one in for a few days. The problem was, we had to be at AR Children's Monday morning. I called Tony's and even though they were not a dealer for the brand we had, they ordered it and put a "loaner" tire on the van, so we could get to my daughters cardiologist on Monday. NEVER USE TONY'S TIRE SERVICE- 7200 S 28th Street Fort Smith, AR.-They are scam artist trying to rip people off. My dad has a pick up truck that only has 65 thousand miles on it. It has never been ridden rough or been on dirt roads. He went in for a simple tire alignment. They came out and told him that his front end was basically falling apart. They said that all 4 ball joints were loose and that the tie rod ends were about to fall out. They proceeded to shake the front end around and tell him how dangerous it was to be driving it like that. They started using scare tactics and told him that if one of those fell out, that he would have no control and would end up killing an innocent family etc... They gave him a bill for $1,059 and kept insisting that he get it fixed before he left because it was too dangerous to drive. My dad knew that there was nothing wrong with his truck so he told them no. He immediately took his vehicle to two other places that checked it out and told him that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with his vehicle. The other two places honestly told him that it was slightly out of balance and needed an alignment but that there was no mechanical issues. Tony's tire also is cheating people by not giving them their warranties on the tires they buy. My dad bought Cooper tires from them. Cooper tires are suppose to come with a warranty book and be registered with the company. My dad never got his warranty book and when he went back to get new tires, they ripped him off on how much they prorated the tires. TONY'S TIRES tried to treat my dad like a senile old man. I am sure they probably do this to all old people, women and teens...anyone they think they can scare into getting unnecessary work done. TONY'S TIRE SERVICE IN FORT SMITH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR LYING & TRYING TO CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. PLEASE SHARE THIS AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY.
