Ointments do not make one high, It's for pain, people. Pain! Mr. Powers was personable and did not charge me for the 15-minute phone conversation, which was very generous of him. He even mentioned his recent trip to California and that the Oakland Zoo was one of his favorite zoos out of the many zoos he has visited in multiple countries.
