Start to finish, just a wonderful experience with this family-owned business. We just built a new house, and we wanted a whole-house water conditioning system much like we had on Ohio. There are many options out there, and it is not easy to do the research through all the sales pitches about what is best for you and your home. We settled on a salt system from Hague much like the one we had in our old home (which was great) - only this is an upgrade. I was hoping to avoid salt, but, in the end, they are the best at really providing the best water for you and your home's appliances. Robertson carefully walked us through ALL the options outlining the pros and cons of each system that they offered. They even helped us understand systems we had seen that they do not install. They CLEARLY showed us the cost comparisons for each system, and they included those in their estimate. Plus, they were able to do everything electronically, which is super convenient and super cool. Robertson was able to meet our installation schedule at our convenience. The plumber showed up on time and was exceptionally professional. Installation took less than 2 hours, and the plumber walked me through operation of the entire system. FANtastic service and a high quality system and installation. Highly recommend them for your home water needs. And we love being able to support local, family-owned businesses. read more

They are sending out this "advertising" card in the mail trying to dupe people into calling their office. Obviously there is NO delivery and they are absolutely NOT trying to arrange a delivery time!! Their business name is not listed anywhere on the postcard. This is absolute false advertising and they should be embarrasss ro resort to such lowbrow "advertising". Especially sending this out during the holidays when people are expecting many packages. Shame on you!! I know who I won't be calling if/when I want to test the quality of my home's water.... read more

Why not write a review of a first experience? I've looked around at four different companies for water treatment. Robertson keeps popping up on FB though... So I called, talked to someone right away, booked me an appointment with Justin the next day (today). I told the receptionist that I'd had the water tested and didn't need a big presentation, and she said she totally understands and they'd keep it to a brief check and let me know what they offer. Well, turned out to be true! Justin came by and he checked the water for a few things. We discussed the area and the water issues. No stress, no pressure, just a price quote, why they are different, business card and have a great day! Oh......an no free soap gimmick if we buy today deal! YES! Awesome! Sell me on you and your company...not free soap. Lol! No decision yet, but thanks for coming by today! read more

Very much regret the decision to use this company & it's system! First issue was the 'pitch' , I asked for the pamphlet to be left to read about their very own Elite system. This was AFTER I already agreed to buy. Second was the games he played to sell me higher & then claim to call 'boss ' to give better price ! Also after he deterred me from reverse osmosis stating how costly it would be bc of the membranes , to which I ask ' 'what maintenance is required for the Elite?' He states once ever 2 yrs the media will need to be replaced at a cost of $300. And that's it bc the elite has a lifetime guarantee! A few days later the product is installed by Dillon, now I am generally an outgoing , friendly person, but this guy was impossible - unfriendly, no smile, no thank you . I brushed it off - but told the office gal when she called. First thing we noticed is the awful taste, and the ridiculously slippery keeps getting more slippery by the weeks. Office called to schedule our 90 day free system check/ water test. They send DILLON out ( why God why this guy) ! This guy still is dead from the neck up and the 'check' is like having my teeth pulled out it's so uncomfortable ! I tell Dillon about our dislikes to which he excuses with a 'yeah that's normal' . At the end of his blah blah blah he shows me a sheet with about 5 different maintenance things annually and pricing , to sell me a monthly maintenance plan!!! WHAT??? I tell him what I was told about maintenance and the cost didn't jive which what he was showing me- I also told him this was something the company should gave been Transparent about you front, the costs up front and offered up front as this is proof how none transparent this company is, and I feel scammed! To this Dillon said we'll since you are a DISGRUNTLED customer I'll just leave, and he did ! This system as far as I can tell is not as good as the system the last review got bc well that customer seems pretty happy! Sadly this company took out money then turned their backs on us to the tune of $5200. Plus - my suggestion reasearch the best units - hire a trusted plumber and avoid 'family' owned companies - they will not have your back nor do they care when you are not happy and make things right ! Btw some of their maintenance could be upwards of $1500. In first few yrs and that's about $50. A month only for a slight discount ! Notice there is only ONE other review on this company yet it's been in business 3 generations? Yeah like they deleted the business and then put it back up to start fresh bc their reviews must have gone south! Very sad and disappointed- rude to customers ! read more

Professional technicians came out and did an excellent job installing our new system. Mark explained to us how we would like our water after installation, but we never dreamed it would be this nice! Our city water was so, disgusting. It made everything worse. Hard water deposits, bad taste, bad smell, leaving our skin dry, dishes cloudy. It is gone now with our system from Robertson Family Water! We've been using their filtration system for over a year and love it, so we decided to go to the full filtration and softening system this year! Everyone in the house is grateful to the wonderful staff at Robertson Family Water. From the first contact to the super fast install, we've felt like family the entire time and been treated as such without hesitation. So far this company has been outstanding. Great customer service , great employees overall and a seriously top notch system . We had a water tech come to our house to do a water analysis and go over the whole house water system He was very informative , and easy to talk to. The installers were also so kind , easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. They all really care about clean water. Ive done my research on water filtration systems and theirs is a great system . I'm really happy we found them and I hope to find more people wHo will use them. read more

We installed the system nearly a year ago and could not be more pleased with the results! The change is phenomenal. We live in Gladeville, and the water is extremely "hard", the Vesta system made such a difference in dishwasher, shower, and washer. Less detergent required, cleaner feel. Takes a while to get used to the softer water, but the results are worth it. The folks at Robertson have been great. Installation was smooth, and service has been great.
