Coworkers of my sister asked for a floral recommendation to send a sympathy bouquet when her husband died... her coworkers were so kind to chip in and purchase a generous arrangement. because her coworkers could not make it to the funeral because it was 300 miles away, they asked Robin Hill florist to send a picture of the bouquet that they were purchasing.. WHAT A MISTAKE !! In addition to the price of the bouquet and delivery, they charged my sisters friends an additional seven dollars to send a cell phone picture. Even though they were more expensive than most florists , would use them as our family florist... After they nickel and dimed our friends for a cell phone picture We will not use or recommend them anymore. read more

I needed funeral flowers in August 2021 and Robin Hill was friendly and easy to work with. My cousin said the flowers were lovely.

My siblings birthday was coming up! And as it goes, of coarse I waited til the very last minute to get them something! I live out of state, far away enough that there is a significant time difference between us. So the evening I placed my order, the business was closed. Afterwards I checked to see how far Robin hill florist was from the drop off location and it was a hour and twenty five minutes away!!! Unsure of what would happen and unable to get in touch of anyone because of the time I had to wait until tomorrow (which was the day of the delivery) to verify with someone!!!! I WAS STRESSINNNN so I called that day and of coarse it was within the first ten minutes of opening & expecting to have some bad news (or my ordered canceled for my mistake) but to my surprise they were able to deliver the flowers!!! It was a simple fix if you even want to call it that. The lady on the phone assured me that it could be fulfilled and delivered and it did! within less than 3 hours!! Great customer service, both their website and phone order. My girlfriend was home for the holidays and I couldn't spend time with her on her birthday. I stumbled across RHF on yelp and found their website has an online ordering system, which was extremely helpful with pictures as guidelines. I was originally concern because I was ordering flowers from California to deliver locally in Exeter. Everything went smoothly and when I called the week of delivery, the store was very quick in verifying my online order confirmation. Glad I ordered locally versus bigger chain florists. Okay I know about this joint because I had someone tell me after a different place I used to send flowers from closed. Anytime you can support the local business instead of the chains ya gotta. Robinhill does a good job. I spent 20+ years here, I dont know where Robin Hill is but I am sure its in Harding. I have called on them to drop flowers at moms house. Also a last minute run over to grams and I am back on the A list. Flowers are nice. When I have gone in staff is friendly and recently they gave me a call back as the flowers I ordered were subpar. On the down side I do remember getting bent once about a delivery fee for a second item that was going to the same address. For real, WTF! Did you bring one at a time. For this I am skeptical. I have ordered from other places but I always seem to make it back. They are in the neighborhood. They are not a huge chain. They actually answer the friggin phone. read more

I recently sent flowers to my mother in Dupont. Having previously used Just Because in Avoca I was extremely disappointed to have spent so much money for so little an arrangement that was jammed in a small glass vase. They also did not include a card with a message and my name. I would not use this florist again. read more

They did not deliver anniversary flowers to my wife on our anniversary day Friday. When I found out my wife dit not receive her flowers I called left a voice mail. They contacted my wife and apologized and promised a fresh bouquet on Monday, a refund, and a call to me. So Monday comes and it was not a fresh bouquet, 3 flowers wilted, so far no refund, and no call to me until a voicemail came late Wednesday afternoon. You make up your own mind, my moment was lost and can not be replaced, and both their promises of delivery and then making good of their promise was broken. read more

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I ordered flowers from here (I live out of town) for a friend who recently lost her mom and it was her birthday. I paid $80 and the arrangement looked like something I picked from my back yard. When I called, the man was rude to me and told me I insulted him because I am not a florist. No, but I do have a very respectable career in Pennsylvania. The woman offered me either a 20% discount OR sending more flowers. BUT get this--Robin Hill Florist offered to GO TO MY FRIEND'S HOUSE AND PICK UP THE FLOWERS, PUT MORE IN THE VASE AND DROP THEM OFF AGAIN! That's the equivalent of ordering a pizza, not getting pepperoni and having Pizza Hut come and take your pizza and bring back the same one! I will NEVER recommend this place and I've already filed a complaint with Teleflora. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more
