Since I've looked at this area before while prices were high, and now was shopping with more money, it struck me as odd that all he could show me was stuff that looked unlivable unless I went to a higher range. I never even got to see the area I wanted. I had come to see Nevada City and Grass Valley, but once we were on the road he informed me those weren't his areas, that I would need to meet with a co-worker to see those areas if I wanted- but I only had the one day in town. When I did find a place I was very interested in, he promised to do the research and get back to me, but even after several calls and emails, he never did. I don't know if I just somehow fell through the cracks or what, but it was a disappointing waste of my time and money.
