They see the child as a whole person and not just a cough or a rash. I have often had to wait (ex a 2pm appointment can often turn into a 3pm appointment or once for me, even turned into a 4pm appointment when a child with an urgent issue came in). If you hate to wait (or have a tight schedule), it might be frustrating. When my child is sick or has an issue - I don't want to feel like I have to go home and look things up on the internet to confirm the pediatrician gave me all the options and was up on the most current guidelines, research etc. I trust Westchester Pediatrics to tell me what I need to know and that's it. For an anxious mom who is a compulsive looker up of things, that's huge. I trust the care - no need to look anything up.

The only dissapointing thing I gotta mention is that I don't ever remember getting notification of the move and one day I called and phone was disconnected. I been jumping hoops ttrying to get my kids records and I still haven't. An9tjer thing is that recently when I went to update my children's immunization, some of the immunization he did were not reported/updated in the syate database. At least he did put them on immunization card and the new doctor was able to update the database. Aside from that i never had any complaints. I was afraid she might have an ear infection brought her to PM pediatrics was told she has a really bad ear infection and that there's pus in her ear so I went and got her antibiotics. She was refusing to take the antibiotics so we called her regular doctor for her regular doctor. Check her to see what can be done. Turns out she has no ear infection. The doctor told me PM pediatrics is known for doing things like this. My recommendation stay far far far away from them.
