Erica arrived at our home right on time and was wonderful, patient, responsive, and knows her stuff! I was very impressed. We also decided to do an evaluation at my child's school which was easily scheduled. My child's teachers noted how great Erica was- they were also impressed. It has probably been about half a year now, and we have seen so much progress in his language development. Our son looks forward to his speech sessions and has fun while learning. I love receiving the detailed summary after each session, as well as helpful / relevant assignments that we can print out and work with at home. Erica is engaging, patient, friendly and professional. The activities continue to evolve as our son's language develops, and it's clear that the plan is individualized and personalized to his specific needs. As you know, there is no "one-size-fits-all" plan for these kind of things. We could not be any happier with Lakeview Speech and Language Clinic. She helped our baby over a handful of appointments (~2 months, every couple weeks) to tackle torticolis, which was so successful that we were able to avoid having to do any baby helmet treatment (usually ~$2000 because it's typically not covered by insurance since it's considered cosmetic). Our baby had a flat spot on the side of her head early on, so with the recommendation by her pediatrician we went for a helmet consultation relatively early around 3 months. They said treatment couldn't start until baby had sufficient neck control and the treatment would likely need to be combined with PT. To get ahead and because we really didn't want to do the helmet if possible, we pursued PT as soon as we could. It was impossible to find anyone in our insurance network and everyone we looked into had rates that were about the same. My own PT for postpartum recovery and other locals highly recommended Kids on the Grow, so we went with them! They also came to our place for all of the appointments, which was extremely helpful as sleep deprived first time parents. With baby PT you need to be involved and do "homework" with your baby in between appointments, but they make it really fun and it's wonderful to see the progress!! Initially we did have some issues contacting their office because they didn't get any of our emails or phone calls. My own PT had to help connect us via email. Otherwise, once we got a hold of them the staff who we also communicated with were very good. All paperwork was done digitally, which was super convenient.

We also moved homes, necessitating a change. With this context, I can confidently say that Twinkling Stars is a truly wonderful daycare / pre-school. The faculty are well trained, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They are extremely organized and well structured. Their communication is proactive, and they are quick to respond when needed. There is a real curriculum, sent via email and posted in the brightwheel app, so you can see what your children are learning, and they do a great job of sharing photos and videos so you can get a glimpse of what the kids are doing during the day. The food menus are thoughtfully built and healthy, being mindful of allergies. Kids get a good mix of active free play time, as well as structured activity time. Our son's teachers have been very helpful and attentive to his specific needs when it came time to potty train, and when he progressed through other developmental milestones. I can't speak highly enough of Twinkling Stars and recommend it to anyone with young children!

Prior to enrolling my 3 year old daughter to Twinkling Stars, she was enrolled in another school…read moresince she was 18 months old. Her previous schools held all her little best-friends, her comfortable grounds and beloved teachers. So you can imagine my anxieties of switching school on my daughter; will she miss her friends, acclimate well to her new surroundings and many other sleep depriving thoughts. Her first day came and she quickly pushed me out the door so she could "check-in" and play in her "kitchen loft." The next morning (and for an entire month each morning) she would wake up and her first words out of her mouth, "Mommy, could you take me to my new school...the one we walk to?" She absolutely loves her new school, her new teachers Ms Pam and Ms Jenny. And I LOVE the program. First, being in the food industry, I know how important nutrition is for young kids, the menu is extremely healthy. The lesson plan is extremely important and her teachers do an outstanding job with each children at each skill-level with monthly field trips, art, music and Spanish classes! We also live in the neighborhood, when friends and family visit us at our home, we go to Fellger Park and she takes them to "look at her school." She is extremely proud of her school and so are we.

Every therapist (Natalie, Lexie and Kirsten) we've worked with has been kind, professional, and incredibly skilled at meeting kids where they are while gently encouraging them forward. The team not only helped my daughter meet all her milestones, they also empowered us as parents to understand her needs and support her at home. We especially appreciated how collaborative they were across disciplines--she was treated as a whole child, not just a checklist of goals. CPTWC has truly been a part of our village. They also share photos and videos of the class goings-on a few times a week. They take the time to speak with you about any incidents that arise, and the actions they take to help the kids works through them. Ms. Jasmine, the director, is responsive and lovely to work with. Everyone we've met there genuinely seems to care about kids. The facility is nice inside with a cute, homey aesthetic, and has a big attached outdoor playground and smaller indoor playground. The food they serve the kids is pretty healthy overall and the meals are home-made onsite. The biggest thing we had to get used to is the at-the-door dropoffs and pickups, which I believe is a safety measure. It was jarring at first, but now I think it's nice that the process is so swift and it gives you a chance to chat with other waiting parents.
