We did NOT want to park our cars for a week at Logan, and because there were so many of us, and so much luggage, including baby car seat, we didn't want to have to ask 2 to 3 people to pick us all up and drop us off. after calling more than a dozen limo companies, I settled on Brian and his Moonlighting Limo. He seemed nice, but beware, he is a total jerk!!! We were supposed to be picked up at 6:00 AM. We needed to be at the airport for 7:30, and being a weekday, we knew the traffic would be bad to Logan during rush hour. Well, 6:00 AM came and went, and no limo. I called him, and it was clear by the tone of his voice that he completely FORGOT us!! He told me he was on the Cape, and couldn't get us, but was trying to reach his driver. After a few phone calls back and forth, he told me he couldn't reach his driver. Here we were, standing in my driveway with 2 other couples and a baby, who all drove to my house for 5:45 to be picked up by this guy, and he doesn't show!! He called some guy with a van to pick us up, but he was too far away to get us to the airport in time. at 6:30, we threw all our luggage into 2 cars, and RACED all the way to the airport, totally stressed we would miss our flight, which was to a place out of the country. We got to the gate just minutes before boarding. The parking cost us $464 for the 2 cars for the week!! We hired a limo to avoid leaving our cars in Boston, to avoid the expensive parking costs, and to avoid the hassle of driving through the Boston traffic. Any other limo company would have actually SHOWN UP!!! When we got back, we haggled about compensation. He was going to charge us $129 for the ride. We were going to give him a $36 tip, for a total of $165. He insisted he wasn't going to reimburse us for the parking at all. I told him he needed to reimburse us the balance of $299, plus give us a ride in the future (since we were essentially still paying for a service we didn't yet receive). $464-$165=$299. He finally agreed to that. Well, I never got a check from him. The credit card bill is now in. I called him, and he REFUSED to honor our agreement!! The name of his company should be "Fly By Night" and his motto should be "Call us if you don't actually want a ride!" No respectable limousine company would FORGET to pick you up for your important date, be it airport, wedding, prom, etc. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER, I MEAN NEVER!!!! CALL THIS JERK!!!
