My daughter loves your store. I like it okay and have found some really good buys. I live on SS and have a very tight budget. Your furniture and home items seem still high because of the repairs or cleaning that needs to be done to have them acceptable. Sometimes the pricing for me (70) to understand is difficult. Don't understand the price till I get to the register. I did purchase a chest of drawers that was damaged and was able to fix even though it was out of wack. I use to make furniture so I could take it apart and rebuild but anyone who didn't know would not be able to fix it. Pricing on the smaller items is not bad. Work a little on you bigger ticket items. Absolutely love this place! This is my favorite store to visit. The staff is great and very helpful. I am a very frequent shopper at Robinson's (maybe too frequent) and would highly recommend it to anyone. Yes your visit may be hit or miss to find something fabulous but something to remember is that this is a discount store and you may have to hunt for a great find. That being said I don't think I have ever been in Robinson's and not ended up buying something. I never leave empty handed. There is also a clothing store next door owned by the same family called Robinson's Wear it For Less. It too is a great place to visit. read more

Well, if you want to rummage through what would otherwise be garbage to find something that may be a little to majorly roughed up but fits your needs/wants this place is for you. By a little, I mean a ding or bent cardboard packaging. By majorly, I mean burnt to hell in a fire with holes in it. I know the items are discounted but I'm not going to pay 20 bucks for a dress shirt that has been burned in a fire or one that is covered in what looks to be garbage. Don't get in a hurry to check out though. Customer service is very lacking and everything else they use to process your orders and store equipment is probably from the 90's or just from one of the lots of junk they bought. This is also definitely the place where you will get stuck behind someone who needs to get a price check, which will take forever. Bring hand sanitizer. read more

The store started off on a promise to be something great because of the great merchandise and prices IT had. After that initial merchandise was gone THE "IT" WAS GONE AS WELL. It's not worth the effort and time to search through all the disorganization to find something that you might need just to find that it's priced way over retail to be discounted and then be at full retail or possibly a little less then full retail price for an item that most likely is missing parts or is damaged. For instance they have some tools. After the so called discount they are at least 10% - 25% more expensive than full retail. In total maybe 10% of the stuff might be a decent buy, but could get the same deal at a regular store with a discount coupon or catch a sale. And yes I understand the pricing and the discount process. Also I don't expect something for nothing and I know things cost $$$ but for the trouble of scouring through all that there needs to be a better incentive in prices to offset the experience. read more
