I requested cut, split wood 20 inches or more in length as I need that to span the length of the grate in my woodburning insert. This woman assued me over and over that she could fill my order. They took down a large river birch and a very, very large Bradford pear tree in yard. One next to house and the other near busy street. Work was barely started, only a few hours one day, never came back and completed the work. Our yard was left a mess with damages to our property. He asked for more money weeks later, then ghosted me. I pleaded for over a week, nearly daily, for communication on when he would return. I didn't get a single response back after I was being kind and understanding for nearly a month. Over 5k later, I was ignored, and blocked and left with a mess and damaged property.
