Zero stars. ZERO. This truly is a warning to anyone trusting this practice with their health: please advocate for yourself, because my mother's experience was devastating. I am writing this as a daughter who is watching her mother face the consequences of an incurable cancer diagnosis that was delayed for for a very long time!!! My mother repeatedly sought care from this provider for symptoms that should have raised concern and warranted a more thorough evaluation. Instead, the seriousness of what was happening was missed, and precious time passed. It is incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking to know that while my mother trusted her healthcare team, the signs were there and the opportunity to dig deeper was missed. A patient's symptoms are not an inconvenience. They are not something to be brushed aside or explained away without proper investigation. As healthcare professionals, we are taught to listen to our patients, recognize changes, look for patterns, and advocate when something does not fit. When that does not happen, the consequences are not just numbers in a chart, they are REAL people, with REAL families, and real lives affected. My mother cannot get those months back. I am sharing this because other patients need to understand the importance of being persistent. If you feel something is wrong and you are not being heard, keep pushing. Ask questions. Get another opinion. Your life is worth advocating for. Patients deserve to be taken seriously the first time. Dr. Robles I hope you read this, you know what you did! read more

Very unpleasant visit, doctor entered the room upset and accused my parents of complaining about wait times. They never did such a thing. Doctor pressures patients into getting things they do not need but wants to profit from the insurance. Dr.Robles followed with a negative remark "What if I don't want to be your doctor anymore?". This type of behavior is unacceptable and can jeopardized patients' health by causing elder people by getting them heated & so upset. read more

(June 2025) I have known Dr. Robles for many years. He is a very knowledgeable and competent physician. Also very good and compassionate bedside manner. His office staff are very helpful. Because of these traits he is my personal physician. read more

No matter how many tests he ran, he never ran the correct ones. He kept in treating me with his incorrect diagnosis. If he would've listened he would have noticed the real problem. Also, the wait, no matter if you walk in or have an appointment, you will wait for an hour or more easily. This doctor makes a lot of money off his clients "patients" he took on so many that he can't even see everyone in one day. It's incredible that people stick with him. read more

What an unprofessional, uneducated, heartless man. He mistreated my poor grandmother today and while I live in San Diego I will take the drive to make sure something is done about his behavior. It is not ok to belittle the elderly, it is not ok to speak to them like little children or make them feel as though they're incompetent. He shouldn't interrupt them when they speak, he shouldn't dismiss their concerns that's why they're there. He also should not make them wait 3 hours, are you kidding me?? 3 hours of her having to sit in her wheelchair because this man is more interested in filling his pockets than providing good quality service to his patients that matter. I'm infuriated. She mentioned to him she believed to have a UTI and he said she should have mentioned it at the beginning of the consultation. On top of everything he had the audacity to say, "I already gave you 45 minutes of my time...", my grandmother said, "maybe next time you'll give me a complete consultation" and he walked out when he'd been there no more than 15 minutes. I'm about to submit a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California. read more

Dr Jorge Robles should hire receptionists with an education.. it seems to me these young girls have been hired off the streets.. with no proper education..at least they should be Taught proper phone etiquette? If you call the ofc you'll be placed on hold and if you decide to wait it'll be for 20-30 minutes before a new person picks up & you'll have to repeat the reason you're calling. Sometimes after waiting & waiting they'll hang up on you... so there you go, call again and go through the same process...who hires these dumb girls??? read more

This has been by far the WORST experience I've had with the office staff and the unprofessional doctor. My 78 year old father has been under his care for the past few years and it's been nothing but long waits with appointments and long waits for him to get back to patients with results. His staff calls my parents telling them he will call them on Monday at 12:45 pm be ready and it's a week later and still no call! Meanwhile my dad is not eating and we don't know what's wrong with him because we are at the mercy of him deciding to get to us. I have called 4 times just today and nothing. This is so disrespectful to ALL his patients. It's obvious he has too many patients to handle and give them the quality care like he is supposed to do. I get it he is in it for the money, more patients equals more insurance money, equals more money in his pocket. However, these patients are sick and have lives and are just as busy as he is. They also don't have time to wait around for promised calls that never happen. So I don't recommend this doctor at all. Go anywhere else! read more

Waiting times are lengthy. The doctor is very nice. He listens to our concerns and prescribes us the medicine needed. I came in along with my husband and he said he had bronchitis. They immediately put a breathing treatment on him and have him a shot. Glad they didn't send us elsewhere. read more

Before this incident, I've had to wait from 60-90 minutes to be seen with an appointment. Unfortunately, this last time they went overboard. My appointment was rescheduled twice and the day I was scheduled to finally go in, they had me wait over 3 hours. I sincerely like the way Dr. Robles explains results and answers all of my questions, but three hours is just too much for an "appointment". It is very unprofessional to go in for an appointment, and for them to tell you they haven't requested your test results (which they should have had since before they rescheduled your first appointment), and only to forget again while you patiently wait. I didn't like the fact that I had to remind them, since they seemed to had forgotten about me. As professionals they should have had everything set before hand, and know what their patients need to better assist them. We will definitely look into changing to a new primary Doctor, because they made me feel like they think it's normal to make patients wait this long and in such an unprofessional way. I felt very disappointed. He's a great Doctor, but the clinic needs better time management techniques to better serve their patients. read more
