I needed to take my mother to a follow up medical appointment in Princeton, traveling down from Madison. I was having functional problem with my neck and back, so driving an hour + each way was not an option. I was concerned about using Uber, etc as we were traveling peak hour both ways. As well pricing would have been crazy . Finally, I could be sure of when the doctor's appointment would be done, so I couldn't set up return n advance Rob is a very kind, friendly, yet gives your privacy drive. His SUV was immaculate. Furthermore, he waited at the medical facility and was ready to return as soon as we were done. My mom was physically weak still, and it was important not to wait around for a ride. For our needs, he charged a flat hourly rate as we were unsure as to he length of time we required. It wad like the old days hiring a car service, he showed up at our home early, carried a tote bag for us, and was ready to go, pulling up at the exit right as we came out Overall, a wonderful experience, and I thought his fees were reasonable. Rob has been driving me for over ten years back and forth to New York City for doctors appointments or to see concerts and broadway shows . Robs service recently provided four separate transportation trips to and from the airport for family members over Thanksgiving. Rob provided confirmation texts in advance of the scheduled trip, was on time, and waited when a flight was delayed. His price was the same regardless of the time.
