I love this store the most because it has the best view of the mountains of the North Shore within Vancouver as a brick and mortar along Water Street. On top of that their store is just an art piece of its own. I was told it was designed by Omar Arbel, an architecture who is locally from Vancouver. The check out table, the sculptures, and the 4 seating table were all his designs and his inspirations. I love how a brick and mortar can bring such an experience when entering it. The service was fantastic too, as we entered the store we were greeted by the sales staff and then handed off to a proper person who knew the products very well. He kindly helped us and let us have time to look through the product. He wasn't hasty with us at all, but the other sales girls were. They were just so pushy, cuz I was just there to relax while my friends decided to just shop and make their own decisions. Anyways, they still bought the suitcase and we left the store with a fabulous tote at the same time, and a life time warranty on the suitcase for any damages and any defaults. A fantastic time regardless, I love the vibe here, just felt a bit pushed out of the store by the sales people.

Anyway, he quoted me $140 to fix the wheels. He encouraged me saying it was a really good bag and worth it. I paid it but had 2nd thoughts. I came home and read the reviews and realized that I had overpaid. I called him to say don't go ahead as I don't have any insurance that will cover it and that is too much. He said it was already done but he would drop the price to $95. I reluctantly agreed. He said he would refund me $45. I had left only 1/2 before. I decided to go get it - as he had said it was done. Of course it hadn't been. They got the wheel off after I came in but didn't have the other one on. I said I want it back. Eventually he gave it to me and refunded the card the $140. However, there is a little crack on the top now that I hadn't noticed before but I can't prove anything. I'm hoping I can home fix that. I'm sure he wouldn't noticed that when I brought it in and suggested fixing it. But again I have no proof.
