I am here as a and I have been here two days and and blinds have fallen on my mother-in-law. He's about hit her in the head and there's green hard on her faucet heads that they still will not fix AC unit is leaking all over the floor in the kitchen And this is a health hazard for the possible slip and fall. But when I called the office they were rude disrespectful and this is to me as a visitor. I can imagine how they speak to the residence. But they told me that she waiting list. I told her what warrants emergency and destruction of personal property because the AC unit is leaking all over her kitchen floor they put a bucket down well if I wasn't here she could have fallen and really hurt herself I am never in all my stars for as much money as she needs to be treated and told this and be put on a waiting list when this is a very serious matter, especially and broke a should be ashamed of themselves in charging these people and treating them like this when they don't deserve this You are taking advantage of people like this. May God have mercy on their soul. read more

It gives me no pleasure to write this review but I feel it is important to share a recent experience. My mother, who is 95 years old, has lived at this facility for the past 3 years. I could write about more than a couple of very negative experiences during this time but I will focus here on this past Sunday's Mother's Day brunch. The brunch itself was okay, the food was neither great but not bad, but when my mother wasn't able to finish her whole piece of salmon, I started putting it in a small container that she brought with her (they refuse to give a "to-go" container) when our server told us that we couldn't take it out! Excuse me! A mediocre brunch that we paid $24.00 a piece for and they would not let us take our half piece of salmon home! I don't blame our server as she is told what to do by management, but I feel that this just wrong and borderline abusive towards the elderly who are easily taken advantage of. Come on Robsons, please do better. read more

My sisters found Robson Reserve for my father a little over a year ago. I would come out periodically to visit from CA. I just came out this week as my father became ill and I was able to stay with him here. This place is phenomenal. Although he lives in the non assisted apartment living here, we were able to get an on staff PA who ordered blood work, EKG and a knee XRay. Two of these services came the same day. This place is elegant and the staff is extremely friendly. A big thank you to Eileen, Barbara and Art. They were doing construction there and had a town hall that stated residents would see NO workers. One of the workers set their ladder by the elevator which fell on my grandmother. They simply passed the buck, no apologies, no hey how can we help. They don't take responsibility or even care. They treated her like she was another number and another monthly check for rent. I'd give zero stars if it let me. read more

Terrible! I had to come out to Arizona to move my grandma out to Colorado closer to us and didn't realize just how bad it was until I got here. During covid they have been charging her an extra $400 a month because she's had to eat on location for all her meals.....no way she eats that much considering $300 of food is included in her base price.... Well now that I see the menus I see how it adds up. Today she had a shrimp salad ($14) 6 little shrimp, 1 cup of lettuce and half a hard boiled egg with a side of ranch... Not $14 worth. For dinner was chicken sliders ($12). 3 kings Hawaiian rolls with 1/3 of a microwaved breaded chicken patty split between the 3. No sides included for $12. Sweet potato was extra, soup was extra. Probably adds up to $60 of food a day to eat there for less than McDonald's quality food. Oh, and now that she is moving out, the 30 day rent is due including food that she's not going to be there to eat for the next 30 days...... What a joke! Find somewhere else for your loved one. And now that we're moving her out customer service is right up there with calling overseas for customer service. Good luck! I think anywhere we would move her would be up from here plus she could eat a steak dinner out every day and still eat cheaper than here. What a joke! read more

Had an appointment and did a tour of Independent Living this morning. Kristin was very nice and knowledgeable--she provided a lot of background and answered all of our questions. Major dining remodel underway that is due for completion in a few days--looks very good. Saw some furnished and some empty units so that we had a clear idea of possible furniture placement. Nice layouts and larger spaces than those we have seen elsewhere. Everything is very clean and quiet and we saw lots of staff--reception, fitness, dining, housekeeping--and all seemed very friendly. Will visit again to get more specifics about individual units (location, views) and sign up for the waiting list. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with nearby shopping and services readily available. read more

Thanks to the staff members who made the transition to Memory Care for Granma seamless. The care giver team was responsive, professional,and compassionate. A care giver coordinator was a member of the team. Kaila met our needs, was readily available throughout the process, to include personal visits and made us aware of protocols that required our attention. During our tour we observed beautiful, clean, well maintained buildings and happy clients. Mail delivery and trash disposal are available 24/7. Upper management members are always available. read more

Most of the time the food is more like a buffet quality. They have the same stuff every day only changing 2 specials a day.. They have some wonderful servers. This place cares more about the outward appearance then how the people feel. I see alot of people complain about their food. read more

The staff truly care and go above and beyond for their residents. Even when my Mom had her last day and passed, the staff was there with sincere condolences and hugs. Our experience with the Memory Care unit at the Renaissance was so positive that I just had to share. We placed my 90-year old mother there after being in a private care setting and our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. The care staff was attentive and caring, but the Activities staff really shine - their daily games, movies, puzzles and programs were so engaging and creative and Mom enjoyed them so much. When it was clear that Mom's time on earth was ending, they were gentle and kind with her and the family. Management, and especially Kaila, was attentive to our concerns and stayed in touch with the family on a regular basis. It's a lovely property and we're so glad Mom was able to spend time there. With a pandemic delaying our parents move into the Renaissance by over three months the team at the Renaissance, led by Dale, couldn't have been more accommodating, communicative, personal and professional. Given the regular challenges of moving parents from a home into a community living environment Dale always made sure our parents and family were comfortable with all the details. Could not be happier with the care my 95 yo mother is receiving in the memory care part of the Renaissance. The care givers are compassionate and caring and give her the very best of care. Every shift is excellent.I'm so surprised that this transition from our home to here went without any issues. I so appreciate the help I have received from the Renaissance in getting mobile medical services. I am so grateful to all the help I have received from Kaila Stephens, who has helped make this difficult decision so less stressful. Her position in memory care keeps me well informed and she is always available for my questions. From the welcoming front office personnel to housekeeping, the Renaissance is fabulous. My name is Dale and I like living. I like living at the Renaissance. I like my independent living apartment over looking the park with it's trees and greenery and flower gardens and quail and birds. I like the food and the fact that I do not have to cook it. I like the fact that a cleaning lady comes in and dose the dirty work for me. I like the fact that during all of this 19 craziness the staff keeps us safe and protected. I like the way they have found ways to provide us with safe activities like movies and exercise classes that keep safe spacing and we all wear masks when we leave our apartments. My dad has lived in Renaissance for almost five years. He started in Independent, then assisted living, & this last year in memory care. We have been very pleased with all the facilities through the years. From the business office, managers & especially the caregivers. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful & professional. We've had very few problems, & anytime we've questioned anything it has been handled quickly & professionally. Everyone truly works hard to please the residents with a smile & friendly touch. I have been a resident at Renaissance for the past 2 Months. Happy to report complete satisfaction with all aspects of my experience, from the excellent sales/marketing operation to the design and upkeep of all facilities, to the splendid performance of the food prep and wait staff. The menus are terrific. The food is exceptional. The entire staff is friendly and exhibits a can do attitude. This is my second experience with a senior living facility and the best one yet, I think I found my forever home. I highly recommend Renaissance. For numerous reasons I want to pay with a credit card I live quite far they require you to be there in person to pay with a credit card I know there are ways to accomplish this however I was told it is not an option and they do not plan on implanting it Other assisted living facilities do offer this service read more

My Mother-in-law moved into a clean, bright 2 bedroom apartment last August. When she had an accident and the carpet needed cleaning, the housekeeping staff was there within the hour and cleaned the carpet. She often says she likes her apartment and feels very safe there. read more

Our mother has been living at the Renaissance in Assisted Living for over three years. She and our entire family are so grateful for the outstanding care and kindness they have shown her. The facility is so beautiful our Mom calls it "her 5-star hotel" and she was in the travel business for 20 years and should know! From the nursing staff to the dining room staff to the assistant director Chris Frere, each person has demonstrated professionalism and compassion. My Mother was a resident of Renaissance Assisted Living for 2 years, and then moved to the Memory Care unit for 8 months before she passed. We had looked at several senior living establishments before deciding on the Renaissance. We could not have been happier with the care and staff participation she received. The Renaissance strives to keep the residents in a safe, clean, and happy environment, and we found they reached their goal. The last 3 months of Mom's residency the Renaissance was dealing with Covid-19 (and still is), they kept the facility safe and expanded the cleanliness of the facility and staff. We never worried about my Mom's safety during this period. After her stroke, the staff and Family Comfort Hospice made Mom as comfortable as possible. After Mom's death, the facility was supportive of our family, and did all they could to help in this difficult time. Kalia Stephens,the Memory Care Ccordinator goes above and beyond in keeping the residents safe and happy. Working in a Memory Care unit is difficult and takes so much patience and empathy. Kalia has that and more, and the Renaissance is so lucky to have her! I would highly recommend the Renaissance for your loved one! read more
