J'ai parlé avec quelqu'un du service à la clientèle qui m'a offert un coupon de $35. Leur application pour m'envoyer un coupon par texto ne fonctionnant pas bien, il me l'a donné au tel. Tout semblait OK... Je commande aujourd'hui une nouvelle pizza, le coupon ne fonctionne pas, alors j'appelle le service à la clientèle. La première personne est très rude, me coupe constament la parole puis me place en attente, après environ 10 minutes, je raccroche et rappelle pour parler avec quelqu'un d'autre. La deuxième personne était très rude, il me disait que mon Cell ne foncionnait pas, que je n'avais pas pris leurs instructions adéquatement, que je faisait clairement quelque chose inccorectement, etc. À la fin, après plus de 5 minutes à me faire parler de façon très condescendante, ils me donne le bon code pour mon coupon, mais celui ci n'est que pour $25, et non pas le $35 qui m'avait été promis au départ. Promesse non tenue, pizza plus petite que celles de la compétition et service EXTREMEMENT RUDE. Cette commande a prise 75 minutes avant d'arriver, en plein après midi! Ils ont maintenant perdu ma clientèle en raison de l'attitude de leur personnel!

The pricing is about the same as any other breakfast place. I had their 2 eggs with a choice of meat (in my case I always go for the sausage) and it comes with a bowl of fruit with bread and cretons. The eggs easy over, sausages not too salty, potatoes, delicious, and the fruit bowl was quite fresh. Many choices of jam go spread on your bread including a homemade strawberry jam that was very good. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. Overall, a good well rounded restaurant to relax and just have a nice meal. Nothing fancy, just cozy. Fun fact: that have a kids room and it has iPads attached to the wall with a chair in front. We've come this far already, I imagine next step would be VR helmets.

When we asked to see the manager we were answered that he did not have time to see us. I had to go to the kitchen to be told there was no issue and I was asked to pay for the full bill and leave, pathetic establishment.
