We discussed what florals they were going to use and then I was asked what I wanted to spend rather than being given a price for what we discussed. I told her how much.. a generous amount. The arrangement was made of three roses and five daisy's with a few green leaves. I'm very disappointed in how small the arrangement is and just feel that I was taken advantage of..I think I would've gotten the same thing if I'd said I'd pay half the amount. I got confirmation of delivery at the door so I called the relative, knowing they would be home. Sure enough there was no knock, no bell rung. Just dropped. When I notified the company their reply was simply "Sorry for the inconvenience". Considering I paid a delivery fee AND a tip, I will not be back. I love supporting small business but customer service is a must.
