I usually ask for something general, like I said I don't know a chrysanthemum from a lily, and tell them that my price range is from $40 to $50. They made sure to hit the $50 mark right on the nose, $53.50 with tax, which is usually a bad sign. The bouquet they put together was pretty underwhelming, just below the size of what you'd pick up at Trader Joes or Whole Foods next to check out. I'd say it's on par with the same day delivery options from FTD.com. They didn't cut the stems either which was weird, I'm sure I could have asked but at that point I was just feeling fleeced and wanted to get out. I can't speak to anything about their other services, so again take this review with a grain of salt, but it's certainly not the best place to swing by to pick up flowers for your wife or girlfriend on the way home from work.
