    My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Kevin and Mark Staudenmayer of Leader TV…read more We had purchased a home that required upgrades to A/V components, a reestablishment of the home audio system, installation of wifi and verification that all A/V systems in the home were operable. A unique thing about Leader TV's service in this area, is that Kevin and Mark are very knowledgeable about both vintage and modern technology representing all the well-known brands. If you have older, high-end equipment that you want to incorporate into a new installation, Leader TV will be a key resource. Kevin and Mark were a joy to work with. They tailored their proposal to meet our A/V budget and provided alternative component selections so we could balance price and performance. Ken and Mark had worked on other homes in the same Pittsford area, so they understood how wires in the home audio systems were routed, how to locate the optimal location for the modem and routers, and were able to complete the project with an absolutely clean installation without visible wires or poorly installed componentry. We are 100% pleased with Kevin's and Mark's work. It was easy to get on their schedule, they delivered the project completely according to the proposal--no surprises, no upcharges. I would not hesitate to work with Leader TV again and I would highly recommend them to others.

    I went to the store to ask about mobile service. After waiting 20 minutes in line and still being…read more#10 in line, I left and went to run some errands and returned. When I returned I signed back in, waited another 15 minutes and was finally called up. The super helpful rep tells me that if I have questions on the international plans I can look online because there was too much information for them to share in person. Then I asked about checking to see if my phone could be added to the plan and he said I had call Tech support and gave me their number. I walked out and called technical support. They shared that my phone could be added and that the locations have a number to call with those kinds of questions. So going into this location is really worthless. They are going to tell you where you go and get the information you want and do not appear interested in helping answering questions. Really a waste of time to wait around just to be told someone else on the phone can help because it gets you out of their store and no longer their program. I would say Horrible Customer Service but there is actually no customer service. Their service has always been worthless but this just solidified that Spectrum really does not care about their customer. Then they replied to me telling me to go to Facebook to share my experience and someone can help. On Facebook they tell me that they cannot see anything from any other sites and that they have systems that reply to people. So they don't actually want to address concerns - just keep sending you through their various systems hoping that people will give up all the while, publicly looking like they care.

Theres Only 2 spaces and it's actually in front of the store 3 doires down! They say that's the towns fault, when asked if they ever asked or applied to add more handicap parking cuz people are waiting for those spots & was told (by the store manager) that it's up to Spectrum corp to apply and NOT UP TO THE STORE TO APPLY! 2) It Does Not have ANY door assistance ( a button to press to open the door nor have light weight easy to open doors) so if your older or disabled it's hard to get into the store. 3) Want to pay your bill, exchange or turn in equipment? Hope you got nothing planned cuz you'll be waiting for couple of hours. Where you sign in looks more like you're signing in to ask about phones! 4) The machine to pay your bill ( so you don't have to wait in line) Doesn't Work and Never Has! 5) Told by the counter person that can only pay monthly bill with cash or check & only take debit or charge card to set up auto pay account. 6) IDEAS ; ~ drop box @ desk to take payments and mail or email receipts will be done later after the store closes or whenever the ~ have 1 person doing ONLY PAYENTS! and whenever free during the day, they mail or email payment receipts will be done ~ have 3 people ONLY doing exchanges, upgrade or downgrade ~ have 2 people doing new customers cell phones or home services. ~ Irregardless of who's is responsible for handicap parking spots, need more. If the store manager & Spectrum corp can not convince the town or the plaza owners that it's needed (and part of the Americans with Disabilities Act) then maybe people should take their business elsewhere.
