If you have older, high-end equipment that you want to incorporate into a new installation, Leader TV will be a key resource. Kevin and Mark were a joy to work with. They tailored their proposal to meet our A/V budget and provided alternative component selections so we could balance price and performance. Ken and Mark had worked on other homes in the same Pittsford area, so they understood how wires in the home audio systems were routed, how to locate the optimal location for the modem and routers, and were able to complete the project with an absolutely clean installation without visible wires or poorly installed componentry. We are 100% pleased with Kevin's and Mark's work. It was easy to get on their schedule, they delivered the project completely according to the proposal--no surprises, no upcharges. I am so disappointed with you. Please refund my deposit. Your website says: We know your time is very valuable so we have an online tv repair quote form that makes it simple to get your repair quote for free right now. And then from your email: $40 deposit that we do apply towards that repair. So why didn't I get my deposit back? Especially if the film, in conjunction with the backlight, was a KNOWN ISSUE. I dropped the TV off Tuesday, 11/14. Was told I'd get a call with an update. I CALLED on 11/20 and was told he'd check on it and give me a call right back. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN, on 11/27 (AFTER BLACK FRIDAY WHEN I WOULD'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET A GOOD PRICE ON A TV IF I KNEW I NEEDED ONE!) to check on it as NOBODY called ME - and at that time you told me about the KNOWN ISSUE of the film THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS WITH THESE TYPE OF BACKLIGHT ISSUES - and it was recommended that it wouldn't be worth the repair as it would not result in a good picture on the tv. You offered to recycle the TV for me or I could come pick it up. I came to pick it up and was told I wouldn't get the deposit back...WHY NOT? It is a deposit, that as you state, goes toward the repair...I was advised against the repair - so refund my deposit. If, at any time, you had said - I don't know, maybe even when you sent the "free quote" - backlight issues are notorious (Like almost 100% of the time) for having a film that melts and prevents a quality repair - we can take a look at it for $40, OR there's a $40 fee, or it's really not a free quote as it will cost you $40 - that would be a different situation. But that's not what you said - you said, again in your email "$40 deposit that we do apply towards that repair". Since we paid in cash - please send a check for $40. These guys are incredible! They helped install everything for me. Multiple TVs mounted and a Sonos sound bar and everything looks and sounds great. We also realized that they install ring security and mesh WiFi systems so they came back and installed those perfectly as well. I wish I knew they were an authorized dealer of tv's and Sonos before hand because I could have saved some money buying directly from them. The house we moved into had some quirky main cable set up and they went the extra mile running diagnostics and working through tough conditions in the basement feeding wires up and never asked for an an extra charge. Can't say enough about Kevin and the team. Will be using them for all my AV needs moving forward. read more

Awesome service!! Hired them to mount my tv above my fireplace and they did a great job! The two guys that came were friendly and humorous! :) The price was very reasonable and I even had two options...the pricier version of truly hidden wires within the wall or a less expensive version with the wires hidden under paintable tracking. I have a TV gifted to me by my daughter and son ,a Hitachi 50 inch . I was devastated when it stopped working. After taking it to Fix my PC and they broke it even worse, well over 5 years later I was told about Leader! I can't say enough positive thongs about this business! Professional, but friendly, and honest. They fixed my TV and did it sooner then promised! And they fixed it for a wonderful and fair price! I had a Sony Bravia that lost the picture. I took it to a repair shop on Ridge Road, Greece, NY who told me after about a week that he could not get parts and he would recycle it for me. I decided to keep it and a few days later took it to Best Buy. They merely plugged it in and told me it would be too costly to repair and they would recycle it for me and in the same sentence telling me they have a sale on TV'S. After another week or so I luckily came across LEADER TV who would look at it. The next day they called and said it could be repaired and did so in ONE day. This was a $1500 Sony Bravia so to repair it for $179 was a bargain. Thank you Leader TV, I will recommend you to everyone. read more

I'm a tough person to please! I guess that I feel everyone is out to screw me and rip me off! I had to get my plasma TV repaired and I really gave these guys a hard time. You know what though? They were very professional and patient with me even though I was difficult. They did do a great job fixing the TV and the price was fair. If you need your TV fixed these are your guys. I'd never even think of going anywhere else even though i bet they wish i would!! read more

I had a 32 inch LCD TV that the power went out, I was unsure of whether to buy new or repair. I brought to another so call TV repair place on Ridge Rd, but did not feel comfortable with thier repair information that I waited 2 days. They sid the main board for the TV was only found at Sears and would take a couple days to fix. I took the TV home, left them $32 for looking that the TV. After a week, a friend at work suggested Leader TV...I brought it in at 3:00 pm, Kevin called me in an hour, told me it was worth repairing at a fair price and was done by 5 pm. It was only a repair to the power supply, not the main board from what the other place told me. Kevin was very professional and I am glad I decided to fix my tv instead of buy a new one...so many low end models out there , too many reviews of only short use. I will definately recommend Leader for Repairs, and I will go to,them when ready to buy another TV in the future. read more

Very pleased, once again, with the expert repair service I received from Leader TV! I recently brought in a piece of vintage audio electronics to Leader TV for repair that had developed a mysterious problem. The professionals at Leader TV were honest in saying that it would take some care and time to properly diagnose and repair the issues I was having, and indeed it turned out to be a complex set of problems. But the technicians at Leader TV gave me regular status reports of where they were in the diagnosis and repair process, and fully repaired my equipment to a "good-as-new" performance state after fixing a variety of issues.
